The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Centrally located, The Loft is exactly 0.1 miles from the nearest public beach access and 0.5 miles from The Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!
