Great stay in the whole bottom floor of an older home! Reza was friendly and accommodating and stocks the rental with a great kitchen and decorations. It is on a fairly busy road, so location isn't great but worked well for us as a home base to visit family and return at night.

I came to Stratford to attend a nearby graduation ceremony. The house was a perfect location, close to everything (I highly recommend The Whiskey Barrel). There was even a small playground/pond right around the corner . When I arrived to the home, check-in was a breeze. He provided us with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice surprise after a long drive. My 9 year old son approved of the book selection. Durresamin also decorated the kitchen island to celebrate my graduation!!!! The place was spotless! We enjoyed our stay, Thanks

Robert’s home is our “go to” place to stay when we visit family in the area. It’s easy to come and go with lots of parking. Robert was very accommodating in allowing us to check in at a time convenient for us. The house is quiet. The bed is comfortable. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the common area. Robert is very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. We loved hiking around the farm. The views are beautiful.

Rita was flexible with our check in time so we could work from home on Thursday. She has a list of restaurants and local activities, many of which we took advantage of. Throughout the weekend, we communicated over text, when needed. Rita was very responsive. My husband and I recently got married and this was our first long weekend away together after the wedding. It was perfect. We relaxed and watched the sunrise from our airbnb floor to ceiling windows. At night, we drove 4 minutes to the Long Island Sound and watched the sunset. Everything is close by; it was a magical weekend overall.

I stayed in this room for one night. Larry was a very welcoming host, flexible, and offered a wide range of food for both dinner and breakfast. Everything needed was provided and clean, and the value for the price paid absolutely fantastic. I would definitely return if I come back to New Haven!

Nicole is an excellent, responsive host with a beautiful home in a great location. This was the second time I stayed with Noel -- the first time, she graciously at the last minute provided my daughter, who had just given birth, with a safe haven when she could not return home from the hospital due to the fact that her husband and other son had Covid. Noel is a lovely warm person, and her house is welcoming -- full of books and comfortable furniture. I rented this gorgeous two room suite for my sister who was joining us at my daughter's graduation. The turret bedroom is magical with its circular wall of windows overlooking the lovely garden and its decoratively carved ceiling that ascends up into the peak of the turret — a relaxing place after a long day. It was a perfect location for us to walk or take the Yale Shuttle to my daughter's graduation as well as local restaurants and markets. It’s location across from East Rock Park and its beautiful waterside trails is a huge plus.

Es war sehr nett und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt, hatten leider kein Frühstück wie geschrieben in der Annonce. Kann aber an uns liegen, wir haben es nicht gewagt, uns selbst zu bedienen. Aber es gab sich keine klaren Anweisungen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und warm. Wir würden wieder kommen. 

I had a very nice stay with Jeanne and felt very comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, as is Yale.

great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go! Great communication from the hosts, quick responses and easy to reach. place was clean and comfortable. parking was an issue as it's a very busy area but there is a parking pass and we once we found a spot we just didn't move until we found a closer spot.....outside of the pizza places hours, parking was easy, but 11 to 11 the street was packed. would definitely recommend this place and any place josh and alex have as they were good hosts

This is a great apartment - and Full Circle Property is a fantastic company to stay with! Every single question was answered within a short time (never more than 20 minutes) and everything was exactly as stated. The one floor, easy access from outside was easily navigated with a wheelchair and it really did feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again - and recommend to everyone!

Elise’s place was perfect! Impeccably clean, exactly like the photos, great location. On top of that, Elise is very kind and accommodating, and I felt very much at home :)

Excellent stay!! I immediately felt at home when my best friend and I stepped into this beautiful 1st floor apartment! We were welcomed with a personalized message and a delicious bottle of red which was the perfect way to end our day. We were visiting Connecticut for the first time and decided New Haven would be our destination. My Ivy League bestie wanted to check out Yale and Michael's spot placed us exactly where we needed to be. Michael was attentive and was helpful with providing suggestions for nearby breweries, wineries, and outdoor activities. I am still so impressed by his attention to detail inside that unit- breakfast fixins, decent tea and coffee options, and the snippets of Yale history throughout the rooms. The only thing, if you are a light sleeper, you will wake up when the upstairs neighbor wakes up. Bestie unfortunately had this problem (I did not and slept like a baby). Anyways, would stay again! 10/10 recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made check-in and the entire stay seamless. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

What a treat! I grew up in Madison and didn’t realize this amazing bed and breakfast was right under my nose! Michael was incredibly friendly and helpful and the space was fantastic. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful space, central location and delicious breakfast!

Sue’s place was perfectly located to where I needed to be for a short stay over. It was typical NE cool styling. We had a few conversations and she was very nice and helpful. Everything was laid out for easy understanding. I would definitely stay here again. Jim

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! Nora and John could not have been more welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The best!

Remy was always responsive to our questions and requests, and regularly checked in to see how we were doing. The location is excellent and very safe. It’s especially convenient for anyone visiting Yale, as you can easily reach any of the campuses from the nearby bus stop. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.😊

Claudia’s place feels off the grid but is only 5 mins from restaurants and hiking, shopping etc are all available 15-30 mins. I didn’t use the hot tub, but the jacuzzi tub was lovely on a rainy cool day. The fire in the living room fireplace and breakfast was a nice touch. I was traveling solo and really wanted privacy and alone time and Claudia was there just enough without imposing.

Excellent AirB&B where I stayed for three months during my visiting research program at Yale. Next time I’m in New Haven, I’d like to stay here again.

Cathy’s house is a wonderful example of a real New England inn that has historical significance. It’s charming, cosy and just quirky enough to make it interesting. Very comfortable. Cathy is a delightful, and always a good host.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and well kept. The atmosphere was great. Michael was an excellent host and the breakfast was among the best I've ever had at a Bed and Breakfast
