Lovely place, makes you feel as if you are in a little enchanted garden. My second time visiting it did not disappoint.

Mimi’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We rented it for its proximity to OCNJ without the cost and were very pleased with the amenities and location. We were at the beach in ~30 minutes and at the boardwalk in ~40 minutes and there are closer beaches, we just have a tradition of going to OCNJ. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying with Evan and it was absolutely wonderful, just as it was the first time. This adorable historical cottage walking distance from the beach, restaurants and the bay is everything my father remembers about a simple life growing up on LBI. we wanted for nothing. The set up of the house is thoughtful ensuring a space that has everything one might need for a week at the beach. we look forward to staying with Evan again.

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa and Tim’s beautifully renovated barn in Frenchtown. The cozy setting was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, charming, and so thoughtfully curated. Melissa and Tim went above and beyond, leaving us delicious snacks and the place smelled wonderful when we arrived. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just a short walk to the restaurants we wanted to try and the bookstore where we spent most of our time. Frenchtown itself is such a gem, and staying here made our trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

My stay here has been made so comfortable, the local was perfect for my stay. Quiet and all supplies provided for our stay. Micaela is very responsive and I’m grateful to have found this cozy location right here in West Orange. Close to supermarkets, jitney to the train, movie theater, turtle back zoo and more. A great getaway for anyone who needs a break or home for a few weeks. Thank you Micaela.

Absolutely loved staying here. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb—I didn’t want to leave! We came for a wedding at the Smithville Inn, which was barely five minutes away, and we definitely had the coolest accommodations of any guest attending. My only small nitpick would be that at night, we felt a bit like we were in a fishbowl, as some windows didn’t have fully closeable blinds. We would have preferred just a little more privacy. That being said, I would highly recommend this stay and will likely be back again!

Z was a super host. He took care of everything before we arrived. The house is tiny but has everything you need including a walk in closet. Kitchen is spacious, living room is comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you Z🙏🙏🙏

We had a great time staying in the home, the location is great, house is clean and view is amazing. The host really paid attention to detail to ensure we gad a great experience, they even left a small cake since I mention it was my wifes birthday! I highly recommend staying here

We had a great stay here. What a location... just a couple houses away from the beach entrance. The house was comfortable and, with its high ceilings, felt more spacious than expected. Just a short walk or drive to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Brandon is a kind and communicative host. Highly recommended all around.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

I have traveled a lot, and this is by far my favorite AirBnb ever! It's clean and gorgeous, has everything you might need, and is so peaceful too. It's a very short walk to the beautiful beach, where there is a boardwalk that goes for 5 miles. We walked it both ways. It's also very close to (excellent and unique) restaurants, stores, a bagel shop, a laundromat, Asbury, Bradley Beach, and downtown Ocean Grove. We absolutely loved it. I grew up in North Jersey, going to the shore a lot in the summers, but have never been there in Spring with all the trees blooming and the lovely scents and breezes. It's heavenly! It's a very nice neighborhood, too, with friendly people walking dogs, children playing in the park, cultural diversity which I love, occasional train horns in the distance, and a very profound peace to it all. Beautiful. It gave us such a wonderful break from some hard family issues that we were going through. I'm very grateful, and am thinking about buying a place in OG.

This is a special location right on a marsh creek, but also close to all the amenities you need within a short distance. Short drive to wildlife refuges and the Pine Barrens. Amazing views, and Billie is a very thorough and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay!

Just got back from a nice peaceful stay. Loved the neighborhood, so peaceful and nice to walk around. Each night we took a loop down to the bay, down the beach, and back around through the neighborhood. Highly recommend takeout from Fish&Fancy down the street and for dinner the Olive Branch. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable with clean fresh linens. Lots of household items for use in the kitchen. Great fenced yard for dogs!

Very cute place with thoughtful touches. Quick walk to the bay was a big bonus for us! About 15-20 min from Cape May. Cute neighborhood minus the Trump signs, but it is south Jersey. Michael was very responsive and we enjoyed our girls weekend here! The only thing I’d add is a mirror somewhere in the house as it was a challenge to only have the bathroom mirror to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a lovely getaway weekend with my partner and dogs! When we weren’t exploring Cape May, we spent our rainy days inside Susan’s cozy cottage. Looking forward to visiting again. 😀

The place was very comfortable, well stocked and laid out! He had everything we needed for her day, including baby items, which Dixie was kind enough to include when we asked. Dixie was incredibly considerate and responsive when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We did a 3 week winter stay at Dolphin Watch. Loved the North Cape May location. The view of the bay from the house is outstanding, as are the sunsets. There were plenty of days nice enough for walks on the beach. Thanks for sharing your house, Natalie!

Had a great weekend get away here! the scenic views were absolutely beautiful, quite and calm the chalet was super cute and cozy definitely would stay here again!
