Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It was a very clean condo; just as described. Very comfortable. The only complaint was that the hot tub had bees surrounding it and in it. The water was cold and it didn't work well. The pool was okay. This had nothing to do with Dario; it wasn't his responsibility. I had messaged him asking if there was an iron or blow dryer in the condo and I didn't get a response. I'd still rate the condo highly. I'd recommend it. Great location.

Unit is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's in a quad of 4 units with a courtyard in the middle. The unit was recently renovated and was spotless throughout. The entire kitchen was new including cabinets, appliances and counter. The bathroom also had new combo bathtub/shower and sink/vanity. Even the pots, pans and silverware appeared to be new. Sergio went to extra effort to have a large water pitcher waiting in the refrigerator with a note "drinking water". That was much appreciated. We only stayed over-night on our trip back east, but we were very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Karen and Mark were great hosts. Friendly and provided helpful information about the community and restaurants. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing couch. The view of the valley was top notch. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Janie and her team were amazing hosts. The location is a quiet, friendly, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our January stay. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BED !! AMAZING ! There was plenty of cooking utensils and space to cook. We will be looking for availability on this place for our next visit.

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

We have been staying in AirBnbs for the past 2 years as we travel the US this was an amazing stay and the host and community are quite lovely. It was quiet and peaceful and everyone was very friendly in the little community. We really enjoyed meditation beside the river. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we have ever had in these places. I even did baking over the Christmas weekend while we stayed there. We never usually stay anywhere for 2 reservations in a row but we stayed in this one back to back and would have rented it a 3rd time had it been available. Thank you soo much for such an amazing stay 🌞
