Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Bring your Kayak or Canoe or travel.... 20 minutes to Mystic and Mystic Seaport, 3 miles to Mohegan Sun, 7 to Foxwoods, near the Sub Base & Coast Guard Academy,& I-95. Two hours to NYC, 2 hours to Boston. Wildlife viewing from your porch/yard.

Our house is conveniently located near casinos, Mystic, vineyards, Nature's Art Village, Naval Submarine Base, CT College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Enjoy the fire pit on our large deck under the gazebo year round. In the summer cool off in the pool. In the winter relax and enjoy some cozy time under the stars in the heated igloo. This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

Cozy Cape on the Cove

Our two-bedroom cape on the cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace and quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.
