Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

Roxanne was more than accommodating. My family and I found ourselves having to stay in Albuquerque for over a month due to an unexpected tragedy. Roxanne’s place was perfect for us. The location very convenient and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

A soak in the hot-tub under a starry sky with mountains in the background was a highlight of our New Mexico vacation! Grateful for Erin’s hospitality and work to make the space functional and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee. Shower was hot and had it got much colder at night we could have run the gas fireplace - as it was we were plenty warm and opened the window at night to stay cool. I regret not getting to meet their dog Sammy! We would love to come back some day.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the awesome ping pong table — it quickly became the center of our nightly competitions and added a really fun touch to the stay. The outdoor heater and grill were also super convenient, making it easy to enjoy the evenings outside, even when the temperature dropped. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the house and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay with family or friends. Nicer and cheaper than staying in a hotel. An incredibly beautiful home with an great updated kitchen and bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Conveniently located with lots of great restaurants within a few miles. Katrina is very responsive and available. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe! We've been coming to this part of NM for many years and, since it is such a beautiful place, you will find a lot of AirBnBs. Few of them will be as nice as this one. I can't recommend this place enough. In the future, we will only try to stay at Milli's when we visit.

This was our first family ski trip to Red River, and the house was the perfect size for our family of five. It was conveniently close to the ski area, with beautiful scenery. Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. When renting a home away from home with your family, having a host like him makes all the difference.

Great place for a family of 4, a mile away from the slopes - great parking, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath, quiet , I would go stay there again.

This was a great apartment for a long term stay. It has nice space and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is also a great location for getting around Albuquerque and close to the restaurants and shopping at Coronado Mall. The property manager was highly responsive when we had questions or something needed attention. Our month-long stay went smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Great location, multiple hiking trails are close by as is the Taos Ale House, Rhoda’s and 192 At The Blake which have good food and beer. We enjoyed the deck which is next to a stream and the jacuzzi bath after hiking. Owner Mark and Manager Mallory were very nice and helpful.
