Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!
