What a fantastic stay! The loft exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and incredible atmosphere. The space was wonderfully generous, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The modern, stylish design created such a cool vibe throughout. Really appreciated how well-maintained everything was. This unique loft hotel is a true gem - we'll definitely be back!

Rhonda was a very sweet lady. There was a glass of wine, a basket of snacks, and muffins that she placed out for us and I thought that was so nice of her. The place we stayed at was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the photos. We went for a softball tournament and it was really close to all the places we needed to go to. Anytime I needed to ask her a question she responded pretty fast. We will definitely be staying there again for future trips.

Bedroom 9 - The Big Creek Lodge

The lodge was quiet, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by mountain views. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the restaurant's outdoor patio and fire tables, as well as walking on the trails around the grounds. The bathtub, comfortable bed, and corner view/big windows were also bonuses. Among the best Airbnb experiences we've had. Would definitely stay again!

Another great stay. We stayed here last year and enjoyed the peaceful location and easy access to Virginia Tech to attend the football game. Dina is great and responsive to all questions and requests. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

No Place Like Home Room at Wolf Creek Farm

My sister, Barb, and I had not seen each other in 2 years due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We live 500 miles apart and the last time I visited her and her husband, Charlie, was 23 October 2019 for her 70th Birthday. We met halfway at Wolf Creek Farm. Cindy and Gary made our reunion very special. Their hospitality, humor, firepit and roasted marshmallows, wonderful breakfast, critters, etc (I could write a book) were outstanding. Being on a farm is not for everybody, but most people will love it.

Room was as described, very clean, comfortable bed and linens. Stayed while attending Va Tech football game. The location is within a 15 minute walk to Lane Stadium. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The Maridor - The "Rose" Room

The Maridor was so great!! Easy to find and just like it was described. Seth was a wonderful host and was very nice and helpful! The room was gorgeous and I definitely plan on coming back to stay here again! I would definitely recommend this lovely little bed and breakfast to anyone looking to stay in Roanoke!

Oracle Guest House - Double Room

Had a great one night stay at the guest house. Highlights include the beautiful deck space overlooking the river, and a friendly dog that stopped by to say hello. Be prepared to be out of cell service and wifi May or may not work. Otherwise a very peaceful and well kept space!

Our stay at Tuggle's Gap Roadside Inn was excellent. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a great stay. The included breakfast in the main building was very good and a nice perk. This location is near some great activities - Rocky Knob, Mabry Mill, Buffalo Mountain, downtown Floyd, Chateau Morrisette, Villa Appalaccia, etc. I have camped elsewhere in this area before but would stay at Tuggle's Gap again without hesitation.

This facility is away from all the crazy busyness of everyday life but not far from groceries, recreation, restaurants, etc. The views and landscaping on the property are gorgeous and create such a peaceful atmosphere. For those looking to check out from a hectic schedule for a while and recharge their batteries, this is a great place to do it--it is quiet and close to natural beauty, with property features well-suited to meditation, yoga, reflection, and just plain chilling!

Beautiful property and very friendly host. Dina was helpful and happy to answer questions I had about local wildlife and hiking trails and I felt like I could have chatted with her for hours! Hoping to be able to go back in the near future and spend more time as this was just a one night stay before a hiking trip.

Listen - the view of the New River is the thing at the house on the hill. We could have stayed on the deck for hours and hours. The bath downstairs has a gorgeous view, and our king room upstairs has 180 degrees of views. Luckily the weather cooperated and we were able to sleep with the windows open - it was 60 degrees that night - so we could hear the river all night long, like a lullaby. Plus, the rental includes use of a strip of bank right on the New River, which was lovely. The place is perfect for a family getaway. Huge living room / kitchen great room are perfect for a multi-generation escape. Laura was very communicative and wonderful. We will be back with our family to rent the whole place for a weekend.
