Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Séjour de 2 semaines en famille bébé, parents, grands-parents et arrières grands-parents! Accès facile, à 5-6 minutes à pied de la plage. La maison est propre et bien équipée pour cuisiner. Laveuse/sécheuse très important quand on voyage en famille ! Plusieurs équipements de divertissement à notre disposition dans le garage pour aller à la plage (parasol, chaise, vélos…) Ponce Inlet est un quartier tranquille mais à proximité de tout. Il est cependant nécessaire d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer vers les restaurants ou les marchés ou simplement pour visiter toutes les attractions. La plage est vraiment magnifique! Bien que nous n’avons pas vu les hôtes, ils ont répondu rapidement à nos questions et l’arrivée/départ se sont bien passés. Nous recommandons fortement ces hôtes! Merci 🙂

This was a great location with an easy walk to restaurants. A great view and easy access to the beach. Very clean and well done. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 4th time staying here and we will continue to come back! It has been a great place to stay as our son is in college in Daytona! Jori has been helpful, kind and has a gem of a beach house!

Walking into the main living space was breathtaking. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor shower was a bonus, especially for my toddler grandson who loved getting sandy. We made so many wonderful memories. Building sandcastles, smashing sandcastles; jumping waves, being knocked down by bigger ones; takeaway tacos, birthday cupcakes; sunrises on the stairs with a favorite aunt, cuddling a grandmother on the back porch for sunsets. Making memories with families who are too far away, we drove south halfway, they drove north halfway. The perfect spring break for my grandchildren - and their parents and grandparents. Great place, brand new build, stayed there with a large crew for the Daytona 500. 15 min drive from track and 10 min drive to main bars/restaurants at Daytona Beach. Can probably fit 5 cars if you needed. Backyard is tiny but you’ll be spending your time out and about anyways, presumably.

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

WOW! What a gem! Read the listing and look at the pics--everything as shown and described. Because Kokomo was right in-between the intracoastal (million dollar sunsets) and the ocean (million dollar sunrises) you had all of the views and access to restaurants and stores BUT you didn't have the noise of the main roads. We walked to the beach and the intracoastal in less than 5 minutes. So easy to come back and forth. The pool and spa were PERFECT! We were literally only inside to sleep, shower, and get snacks! The fenced yard is perfect for kids, pets, and privacy. The neighborhood is safe. I walked daily and was greeted with smiling and waving neighbors. The next door neighbor was a treat to talk to as well! Inside the house you have everything you need, but there is no clutter. The extra touches (toiletries, so many beach and regular towels, and a jar to collect sand) were so thoughtful! Beds were SO comfy! Great water pressure! Can't wait to return! THANK YOU!

Beautiful rental within walking distance to everything (beaches, restaurants, boating, shops). The home was pristine and so well thought out. Every one had privacy and their own space to spread out. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and pantry was huge. Boat dock was a bit of a walk but easy to access and the boat was in a safe spot so we never worried. We would definitely stay here again! One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had in new smyrna beach. We had the best of both worlds with boating access and walkable beaches.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

Tara’s place met all our expectations. It was a clean, comfortable home away from home. Private & quiet. We filled her wagon with chairs & umbrella and walked to the beach access right across the main road. Plenty of great restaurants in the area & a Publix nearby. We came for the National Cheer Association competition in Daytona. Ormond Beach was close but far enough away to escape the craziness of the event. Absolutely pleased with our choice to stay at Tara’s place! Highly recommended!

Perfect place for our birthday beach weekend. The house was spotless and comfortable as well as being in a super quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach and river. There’s even a peekaboo ocean view from the front patio. The hosts were extremely responsive and gave us great dining recommendations. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive and flexible on check-in. Which we tremendously appreciated coming off a red eye flight for NCA college Nationals.

Everything about this stay was great! The location is awesome and we loved that there were so many extra things available for us, like the golf cart and all the beach equipment.

Landon + Evie’s house is beautiful. It’s easy to get to, located right off the main road, and it has a stunning ocean view. We were able to have a lovely family gathering. The layout of the house is excellent — the beds are comfortable, the spaces are large, and the kitchen is super spacious, both on the first and second floors. Landon + Evie have thought of everything: they left us toiletries, coffee, condiments, salt, and sugar. The refrigerators are large and in great condition. There were towels in the bathrooms and also beach towels available. The living room sofas are sofa beds, which adds extra sleeping capacity to the house. Everything was clean. We made great use of the BBQ grill, which they kindly left with gas, and also enjoyed the fire pit, which has chairs around it — we had a wonderful time roasting marshmallows. The graduation celebration was beautiful, and Landon + Evie’s lovely home helped make it a truly special and memorable family moment.

This home was fit for 6 ppl but it depends on the client whose booking (4 adults/2 teenagers). The 2nd room is Great for kids! Tidy and kept well! We tidied up before we left hope it was acceptable!! I'm a host for 8 years, Superhost and felt the places ambiance was beautifully put together. Loved the vibe!

Beautiful Home. Literally walking distance to the beach as well as food and entertainment. Home is beautiful and we loved the renovations. Very comfy and a great stay for a family or even just a couple of people.. We LOVED the sky bar and it had a fantastic view. There is also a shower outside to wash off after the beach. Super convenient. Walkable distance to a convenient store if needed. Everything about this stay has been amazing. Jennifer is an amazing host. She made sure we were set prior to the stay all the way after. Even reached out because we left a few things by accident and offered to ship. Anytime I had a question she was super quick to respond! Rooms were spacious and cozy. Super cute decorations of a vacation and beach feel. We were a family of 8 and there was so much room. We would stay again and definitely worth every penny. :)
