Lovely accommodation, very clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed ( maybe a couple of extra tea bags and sugar for more than a one night stay). Great location for dog walks, as that was the reason for our stay. Overall well worth the money!!

We had the best, most relaxing stay here! It was easy to find, parking spot was very easy to find too. Keys were easily accessible and we were given very clear instructions. The property was lovely and clean, it had everything there that we could possibly have needed. The location was lovely, with everything close by that you could possibly need. Even though the property is on the roundabout, it was still quiet and private. The house is just perfect, we felt so relaxed and comfortable here. The bed is super comfortable and we both had the best sleep. The shower is incredible!! Love that it’s dog friendly too, and our pup had the best time. Honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, we will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for a perfect stay ♥️

This was a beautiful place to stay. We instantly felt at home when we walked through the front door. The place has everything you need and feels spacious. There is plenty of storage for clothes and hangers which is lovely. Emma is so helpful. I asked a few questions before my stay and she was so helpful and quick to get back to me. Emma is very honest on the listing about the road traffic noise which we found very helpful. We knew what to expect. It might be helpful to know that the traffic is a mixture of cars and HGVs and that it does continue in the night although with less frequency. But it doesn’t detract from what is a beautiful home and a very peaceful stay!!

Amazing place, great location near some lovely walks and pubs. Hot tub was brilliant and kids managed to swim in river !

We had a Lovely stay, i thought it could of been a Boutique hotel the place was lovely, the decor was delightful, the mix of modern and vintage i loved, the outdoor space for the dog was great, we couldnt fault this house, i loved the open space in the kitchen diner, the location was great , The Loaf bakery round the corner was amazing, and we didnt have to travel far to get to anywhere like matlock.and the tramway round the corner, we will be staying again, Thank you for a Lovely stay.

Emma is a great host she dealt with an issue early on extremely quickly and professionally, the cottage is a wonderful place to chill and relax with breathtaking views which all of the family enjoyed to look at, my daughter coming home said she wants to come back again which I’m sure we will!

Perfect location for a weekends walking. Everything we needed in the cottage, and all clean and tidy on arrival. Great stay we would go again!

We had a lovely stay in Shrewsbury. The house was clean and full of everything you might need. Any questions and queries I had before the trip were answered promptly. The location was great. It was really easy to walk into the centre of town.

Marianne really is the perfect host! We received a warm welcome on arrival plus we also had the absolute pleasure of meeting Minny, Macy & Flee! The accommodation itself is very cosy & styled beautifully. We were very comfortable here & felt instantly at home. The kitchen is well equipped but with so many pubs/tearooms etc just a short walk away, we dined out every single evening! Spring is a particularly wonderful time to visit. Glorious pink blossom trees, an abundance of bright sunny yellow daffodils & the cutest little lambs prancing around! This really is the perfect base to explore Castleton & we would love to stay again when we are next visiting the Peak District. Thank you Marianne! 💛✨

Another very comfortable stay at Helen’s. Everything was perfect as always.

Great two nights stay, while visiting family member in Chester Uni (only 20 min from Chester). Comfortable and fully equipped. My old two dogs enjoyed fully fenced garden. Welcome goodies -wine, pastry, milk and dog biscuits- much appreciated!! Picturesque village with lots of walks and lovely atmosphere- Holt castle within walking distance. Nice host, clear instructions, easy to find. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely long weekend based in Longnor. A comfortable, warm and surprisingly spacious apartment. Great location. We walked the spectacular 'dragons back' route from our front door. Longnor is a central, pretty, and very peaceful village. Sad to see the village pubs and cafe all shut down. The nearest pub was the Packhorse Inn, a 20 min walk which was nice. A fantastic place, great host - highly recommend for a quiet break exploring the Peaks.

We had fantastic stay. Great location, very central location in Bakewell. Good sized apartment for our family, all refurbished, would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Charlotte was a lovely host, so helpful and friendly. We really liked the place! It was a perfect base for our hikes. Clean, warm and with a well equipped kitchen. A place where we could happily flop on the sofa after a long day out. Many thanks to Charlotte and Stuart!

Me and my family enjoyed our 2 day stay. Jane is a wonderful host and very helpful on our 2 day stay. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future. The apartment was very clean and tidy and very homely.

Perfect little place for our hiking trip to the peaks, comfortable, homely and clean. Would definitely stay here again! Jason and Kim responded super quick to any questions and were very accommodating!!
