Really great accomodation. Well decorated and furnished. Excellent quality linen and lovely fluffy towels. The kitchen has great quality cookware, only downside - no bottle opener or tin opener. Great location in the heart of Ashbourne, great for exploring walks and the lovely local shops. Ashbourne is great and has all your old style shops, including a fishmonger and cheese monger. The only downside is the street is slightly noisy at closing time from the pub next door. Only lasted 15 minutes so not a big deal. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend.

The flat was very comfortable and gave us exactly what we needed. We were especially happy about the big, well equipped kitchen, as we often eat in.

Maybe the best holiday home we’ve stayed in! The home is gorgeous and extremely comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. As it is right above the (excellent) wine bar, it was noisy on the Friday night, but this was no problem for us - in fact, we enjoyed it, and our kids, who slept in the smaller room, didn’t even notice. However, this plus the stairs up to the apartment might make it not ideal for all guests. Pippa was lovely and super responsive, and the village has excellent pubs/restaurants, plus a great bakery and coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again if Pippa will have us - we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely perfect location for access to Buxton and couldn't be much closer to Pavilion Gardens for a lovely morning walk. Lovely property with plenty of space and character, would definitely stop here again if I was visiting Buxton.

Great value for a great apartment in a great location. Good private parking. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Fran left a welcome gift of chilled fresh milk, orange & a bottle of Prosseco. Also some muffins for us to enjoy with our coffee on the balcony.

The apartment has been beautifully refurbished and furnished. Has everything you need and lovely and warm. Steph was really helpful. On a nice quiet street but really close to the Opera House and gardens - just a walk out of the back gate and around the church. We'd definitely stay there again if we're in Buxton.

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful countryside retreat. The property is located in a quiet, rural area with a truly serene atmosphert. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and available if we needed anything, which made us feel right at home. The place was fully equipped with every appliance you could possibly need—and more! The full-size bathtub was a real treat after long days out exploring. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind in a calm, beautiful setting.

Delightful little home to stay in, everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Quick communication from the host throughout including sorting a late check out. Perfect location for a Midlands meetup for geographically seperated working professionals

It's like a home from home! A very well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful walks from the door and a good selection of pubs within walking distance.

This is a fabulous house, well located within very close walking distance of Sandbach and it’s various attractions and restaurants. Despite being close to the town it is very quiet. We would highly recommend staying here, we will be coming back.

This house was a great find. In a little street on am estate, but close to nice walks down by the water. Good local amenities. The house was wonderful. So much space downstairs and a lovely garden. Upstairs was access to 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. It was clean, tidy and well maintained. We appreciated the welcome stocks too of biscuits,bread, milk, butter and jam. There were treats and bowls left for the dog too. We would happily stay again if we needed to be in the area. Suzanne was a great, friendly, responsive host.

Lovely clean welcoming house. Was perfect for family stay. Plenty local shops and takeaways. Communication was excellent.

Honestly such a great find, the property was in great condition and cleanliness. Great location to access the Peak District and Manchester City. Would love to come back to this property again. 10/10 recommend, the vibe and atmosphere it provided us was absolutely great

We had a lovely stay in Wirksworth. Bronwen's flat was very well equipped with everything we could have possible needed. Lots of recommendations of place to visit and walks to do.

The Salt Box is extremely comfortable, very well equipped and of a high standard. It has everything you needed to cook with,should you wish to stay in. The outside patio area was lovely for sitting out . This is a very convenient place to stay, shops opposite and the train station and bus stop almost adjacent. A bonus is off road parking. Richard left us the most generous basket of goodies we have ever had in all our years of Air B&B. Thanks so much we will definately be back and we highly recommend it to others.

Lovely little apartment, great access to train and gardens through the church yard, couldn't be in a better position. Everything was very clean. Bed is small but comfortable with nice firm pillows, slept very well. Great TV for the evening. Shower is hot and powerful but very small, breathe in!
