House is absolutely huge, lots of steps which wasn’t an issue for our party. Large entrance hall which was great for storing our bikes. Great location right on the sea front, great views, lovely place.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. We needed a place to stay not to far from the main railway station. We wanted to be able to prepare some meals for ourselves. This apartment worked out very well for us.

We had a truly wonderful retreat at the ÖÖD House the design of the house is incredible—being inside feels both cosy and luxurious, yet you’re completely immersed with nature. Watching the birds, ducks, and other wildlife so closely was such a special experience. Even though the weather wasn’t that great, it didn’t affect us at all. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The shower was fantastic, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect—hot and relaxing. We also had a lovely barbecue and spent time feeding the fish right from the deck. There were plenty of them, and they would come right up to be fed—it was surprisingly therapeutic and calming. Overall, this was a very unique and memorable stay. we enjoyed our time and would definitely love to return.

This was a unique stay - exactly as shown in the photographs, the Mill has been renovated by Clare with love and style in equal measure and is a very special place to stay. We saw it when Sandi Toksvig visited for her travel programme and I vowed to visit at some point. A beautiful spot with lots to do around it in gorgeous Kent. Highly recommend visiting Dixter House and Gardens btw.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay literally right on the beach. The uninterrupted sea views were stunning. Spacious, great shower and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Fantastic, quirky, cosy, clean cottage, with everything you needed it really was home away from home. Lots of extras in cottage which was lovely. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and I loved all the pictures and light fixtures. Easy reach to beach and so many great walks, shops on your door step. Our dog totally loved it and was made very welcome. Will definitely stay again thank you

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.
