Richard's apartment was in a good location, easily accessible to Manhattan with a short walk to local transport, shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the extra attention to detail that Richard included such as cold drinks, coffee pods, soap and extra towels so that we really didn't have to buy anything ourselves. Our host was extremely attentive and responded to questions immediately and also provided us with useful recommendations for shops and restaurants which we used. The apartment provided us with the perfect stay for our family holiday in New York.

I stayed here while visiting NYC with my family, and it was a perfect experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—comfortable beds, great amenities, and a peaceful environment to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The location was convenient and safe, with easy access to everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in NYC. Gregory was truly the best host —so kind, welcoming, and responsive. Perfect Airbnb for my group of 8! Easy to get to, very clean and comfortable. Silvia was an excellent host, and very responsive / helpful. If I ever needed to stay in the area again with a group, I would definitely book with Silvia!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Had a short but pleasant stay at Lilia’s place in Yonkers. We had a bit of trouble with temperature control on the first night, but it was addressed as soon as we reached out to the hosts. Spacious accommodations and relatively peaceful, though you may like to bring earplugs if you’re noise-sensitive when sleeping as this apartment is located close to the highway and has window unit ACs that turn on and off noisily. It met our needs and was a convenient location to visit our family in the Bronx!

We really enjoyed our stay here. it was close to where we needed to be and the interstate. Shopping, coffee, gas and the park were close and convenient. The kitchen and eating area was a little small but other than that, a good value. Asyie was always available for questions.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

Convenient way to stay with my family of 6 and 3 small dogs. Very clean and modern. I saved a lot of money for a 3 day vacation which looks better than a hotel.

Great location. The apartment was the perfect size. Close to public transport. There is a beautiful cafe around the corner, and a restaurant on the ground floor.

We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation was everything we needed, very clean and very close to great amenities, restaurants and bus transport. We were very happy with everything.

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Was there to run Brooklyn 1/2 marathon with this being a great location for easy access in/out of JFK and close to subway station to get to all the spots we wanted to do.

Natalia was a great host and very generous. She let us store our luggage until we left for our flight free of charge (we left at 5PM). We also had a couple of requests that she was happy to accommodate. The place is clean and homey. We were able to see the effort she put into the Airbnb. The towels were big and fluffy and the apartment was generally perfect for the people. Happy to come back if we ever visit NUC again!
