Thanks Joy for hosting us. We had a great stay in Rotorua and the house was perfect for two of us. We'll definetely come back.

Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

We really loved our stay here, unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t get out and about like we’d hope too, however we had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful loft. Lovely touches like the home made ginger crunch, muesli, a range of spreads for toast. Very roomy for two people, and of course the spa is a great edition. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rotorua.

Leani’s airbnb was super clean and cosy. It was so nice to arrive and find everything spotless (one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed at!) and equipped as needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was very easy to find given the photos on the listing and the instructions on accessing the Airbnb were easy to follow. Leani was also proactive at reaching out to check if we needed anything while still giving us privacy.

Tina’s place was cozy and tidy. Although we didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she provided us with clear instructions to enter the room. The location was excellent — there were plenty of free, open parking spaces right outside, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center, saving us the trouble of finding parking downtown. We did encounter a small issue with the door lock being a bit tricky to open, but Tina responded quickly and helped us out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just the right size for the four of us. Cozy, clean, and super comfortable. It’s well equipped with almost everything you need, from kitchen utensils to other home essentials, which made our stay really convenient and enjoyable. But the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sight of the open fields, with a peaceful cow farm nearby, and even a beautiful lake visible from afar. It truly felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Huge thanks to the host for making everything so smooth. We’d definitely love to come back!

Words are less to describe this place. Best place I ever stayed Out of my 14 international vacations. Kitchen was well equipped. It had almost everything one needs. House is well planned clean spacious Big garden and on on on…. If I get a second chance, this place will be my first choice. I will definitely prefer to stay more longer.
