Unser Haus befindet sich im Weinbaugebiet Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. Entdecken Sie von hier aus Trier, die älteste Stadt Deutschlands, das romantische Saarburg, sowie Luxemburg. Parkmöglichkeit sowie Garagenplatz für Fahrräder und Motorräder sind vorhanden.

Die ca. 60qm große familienfreundliche FeWo (1 DB (1,80x2m)+Schlafsofa (1,40m), Kinderbett möglich) hat 2 ZKB (mit BW und Dusche). Inkl. einer kleine Terrasse und die Gartenmitnutzung ist möglich. TV im Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine, gut ausgestattet Küche mit Kühlschrank, WK, Toaster, etc. Bettwäsche+Handtücher inkl. Weinproben im Weingut auf Anfrage möglich.

Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
