I would like to introduce to you a house belonged to my aunt “Omine”(pronounced oh-me-nay), which has just been beautifully renovated. My auntie was a noted “Shamisen” guitar player and she appeared in many movies and TV dramas. Now her home and its rooms, where she practiced her “Shamisen”, have been converted for a comfortable stay.

Convenient access to tourist attractions. Quiet residential area, ideal for work and study. Supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, AEON MALL, Nitori, electronics stores, post office, police station, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The only drawback is the steepness of the stairs.

We offer four bicycles free of charge for you to explore the charming backstreets that buses cannot reach. Additionally, for long stay guests , we provide a complimentary shuttle service to or from Kyoto Station upon request.
