O apartamento é maravilhoso! Vista linda! Perto de restaurantes, supermercado, transporte público, internet ótima! Amei e com certeza ficarei novamente quando voltar a Rotterdam se o imóvel estiver disponível! A anfitriã é adorável e responde rápidamente!

Great place, equipped with all the essentials plus lots of nice added extras. Clean and functional with a great outdoor terrace. Good location in a quiet residential street, about a 20 mins walk to the central station.

Oskar and Jan were very cooperative and helpful. easy to communicate. Jan was personally present to welcome us at check-in. He patiently explained the locking mechanism and all the gadgets at the property. The collection of toiletries and perfumes was huge. Location of the apartment is easily walkable from central Station Rotterdam even with luggage. Very happening place yet private and peaceful. The small balcony was a huge bonus. Very well naturally illuminated and ventilated. Hot water was also not a problem at all. A plus point for Indians was the presence of Dove facility in latrine. Save paper. All in all a great place to stay whether on vacation or on business visit.

Deze prachtige boot is een aanrader om te verblijven! Met 6 vriendinnen genoten van de mooie boot en het geweldige Rotterdam. De boot is ruim en gezellig ingericht, klein minpuntje is de bank, deze is niet heel comfortabel. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen. Zeer goede communicatie met Casper en Ronald. Vriendelijk, en snelle reactie.

Gute Lage zum ÖPNV Richtung Strand oder Rotterdam, Hogvliet-Supermarkt in wenigen Metern erreichbar, alles sauber, nette Kommunikation, einfacher Check-in per Schlüsselbox, schnelles WLAN, super gut ausgestattete Küche - alles da, was wir zum Kochen brauchten, außerdem frisches Obst und Wasser im Kühlschrank - super lieb! Wir mussten die Reise wegen eines dringenden Arzttermins einen Tag verschieben, was kein Problem war. Danke, Drifa!! :)

Accueil très agréable et sympathique, les hôtes sont très gentils et nous ont indiqué de très bonnes adresses (encore merci) nous avons passé un agréable voyage, le cadre est vraiment très beau et calme.

Wat een vriendelijke gastvrije meneer is Maarten! We werden warm en hartelijk ontvangen. Appartement was super schoon en alles is aanwezig wat je je maar kan bedenken. Parkeren zeer eenvoudig in de onderliggende parkeergarage. Een heerlijk groot balkon met heel fijn uitzicht. Voldoende eetgelegenheid en winkels op loopafstand. Keuken was volledig uitgerust! Het was in èèn woord meer dan fantastisch! We raden iedereen dit heerlijke appartement met aan, voor zowel kort als lang verblijf. We mochten zelfs om 12.00 uur uitchecken! Maarten bedankt voor alles, wij komen zeker terug! 🙏

Das Haus am Wasser ist wirklich sehr schön und die Lage super als Start für verschiedene Ausflüge. Wir hatten an sich alles was man braucht allerdings hat in der Küche ein bisschen was an Grundlagen gefehlt (keine Gewürze, Mülltüten waren zu klein, kein Spülmittel usw). Auch die Mikrowelle haben wir nicht gesehen. Grundsätzlich muss man alles besorgen was man im Alltag braucht (Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Tabs usw). Aber ansonsten ist alles da. Einige Räume soll man nicht betreten, was ich immer schwierig finde, wenn man ei e ganze Unterkunft mietet. Schade ist auch, dass draußen ein riesen Whirlpool lockt, den man nicht benutzen darf. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, dass muss man wissen und der Raum ganz oben ist nicht mit einer Tür abgegrenzt. Die Lage ist toll und die Kommunikation war auch unkompliziert. Alles in allem zu empfehlen 😊

Die Unterkunft war super groß und sehr schön. Ist in echt sogar noch um einiges größer als man von den Bildern her annimmt. Der Gastgeber/die Gastgeberin waren beide sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Die Location ist sehr schnell per Tram und Metro zu erreichen. Würde ich immer wieder gerne buchen!

Beautiful converted school which is exceptionally child friendly. Metro was approximately a 5 minute walk and it took often less than 15 minutes to get downtown Rotterdam. Neighborhood seems up and coming with an excellent coffee shop nearby. We would stay again.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Mirjam ! Elle est très réactive à toutes nos questions, et sa maison est très agréable et très propre. Nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait un magasin à côté, et que la gare soit accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a really lovely stay! The house was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lot of charm. The location was great and made it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We had a great time and would happily come back. Thanks again!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle maison sur 3 étages au bord du canal dans un quartier calme. Elle est idéalement située pour découvrir Schiedam et à 20 minutes de la gare. La communication avec Esther est parfaite. Elle nous a prévenus de la raideur des escaliers et fourni un lit bébé, nous avons aussi pu ajuster le nombre de personnes (1 couple et 1 bébé en plus des 3 adultes prévus). Si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière dans les chambres, prévoyez un masque. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Really really awesome place, finished to a really high spec, lovely fixtures and fittings, some lovely art too, a really really reasonably priced accommodation in an excellent location.. the property exceeded our expectations and made for two excellent days and nights in Rotterdam.. you won’t be disappointed with this place!!!

Hele fijne woning waar je je bijna thuis voelt, duidelijke en snelle communicatie. De hottub aankrijgen ging minder soepel dus eigenlijk helaas niet echt kunnen benutten maar dat kan ook aan ons liggen. Verder zeer tevreden over het verblijf!

Het appartement van Sharlene is goed bereikbaar met OV en heeft een supermarkt op korte loopafstand. Het appartement zelf zit op een mooie hoogte en is heel mooi ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin. Verder reageert Sharlene snel bij enige vragen.

Frans was a really nice, proactive guest. His appartement il really cosy and we had all we need even coffee machine that was a real pleasure ! thanks you Frans !

Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

This is an amazing apartment! Both the unit, the furnishings and the building as a whole feel brand new, Surprised that the walls separating apartments appeared to be concrete so not a sound is heard from the neighbors and the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows do a great job of blocking out the sounds of the city while letting nothing but that incredible view come through! The view is west facing so nightly sunset viewing becomes an event. Michiel and team are terrific hosts, meeting you upon arrival to check you in comfortably and answer any questions. This place is upscale living at it's best - highly recommend.

beautiful spacious place, located in the heart of the historic town. in nice weather you can use the lovely terrace. inside very clean, equipped with everything you could need. the host is very nice and communicative. highly recommended!

es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Das Haus von Ali und Michelle ist supergemütlich und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mitten in der Großstadt. Den kleinen Garten haben wir für den morgendlichen Kaffee auch wunderbar genießen können. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten jede Menge kleine Restaurants, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel sehr gut erreichen. Das Haus ist also in einer Toplage, weil ruhig uns trotzdem gut angebunden. Ali und Michelle waren immer sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr gut willkommen geheißen. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern oder auch eine Gruppe Freunde. Die Tips für Parken, Schlosscode und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren auch sehr hilfreich! Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt, gerne jederzeit wieder!

Lovely period apartment. Quiet neighbourhood with same era buildings. Public pool nearby. Shops very close with sushi counter. Felt like a 10min walk from central station thru quiet & green back streets.

Wonderful central location in Rotterdam! Had everything I needed and more in apartment. Bed was comfortable and slept well! Will certainly return when back in Rotterdam!
