Piccolo appartamento ben organizzato e con tutti i comfort, anche più di quanto mi aspettassi. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Alberto è un host molto disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere per qualsiasi necessità. Vivamente consigliato!

Tiziana met us in person and showed us the place herself, punctual and very friendly. The house is located perfectly, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and there are lots to do in the evenings even for the kids. The balcony terrace is one of the things I love. Spacious and relaxing. We had dinner there and you can see the big ferris wheel and at mornings you can relax on the lounger as the sun shines.

Cinzia una signora davvero gentile e disponibile. La casa impeccabile e accogliente con tutte le comodita’ per un soggiorno confortevole. Noi eravamo in 4 e un cagnolino piccolo. Tra l’altro, non da poco, Cinzia è davvero pet-friendly. Un po’ come essere a casa. Su via bafile. Insomma, consigliatissimo.

Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

Unsere Anreise erfolgte vor Weihnachten und das Appartement war weihnachtlich dekoriert und auch ein heschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. So etwas nettes hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Gegenüber vom Appartement befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße. Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Bald kommen wir wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Late April '25 we stayed 4 nights with our Kids (9y, 7y) at Eleonora Apartement in Jesolo. The flat contain everything we needed for our stay and daily needs. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The flat is very close to the beach and also very close to restaurants nearby. We parked our bicycles and the car in front of the house. We went to the city and beach every day. One day we did a daytrip to Venice (Ferry from Punta Sabbioni to San MArco) Overall we had a very good time here!

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Bei Vanessa fühlt man sich von Anfang an bis zum Schluss wie zu Hause. Sie war sehr freundlich und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein. Ankunftszeit Abreisezeit ..... Sie hat uns Restaurants empfohlen und Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben Sogar als der Duschkopf defekt war wurde er Fachmännisch am selben Tag noch repariert. Wenn es überhaupt was zu bemängeln gibt dann höchstens das der Fernseher nur italienische Programme hatte und es kein WLAN gab. Was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Der Strand der große Supermarkt und die Flaniermeile mit zahlreichen Restaurants waren zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Sehr gefreut hat uns auch ihr Geschenk..... Zwei Liegestühle und einen Schirm am Strand Wir können Vanessa und ihre Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Carlotta ist eine total liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin. Der Check-in war super unkompliziert und auf Nachrichten hat sie schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Man hat sich in der Wohnung außerdem sehr sicher gefühlt (abgezäuntes Grundstück, dicke Wohnungstür mit Guckloch und Kamera). Nur das WLAN funktioniert leider in den hinteren Schlafzimmern kaum bis gar nicht, aber darüber konnten wir zumindest hinwegsehen. Die ebenerdige Terrasse ist auch super schön um die Sonne etwas zu genießen und der Strand ist gleich um’s Eck. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung von Carlotta nur empfehlen!

Wir haben die Wohnung als 4-köpfige Familie bezogen, ein Kind 13, das andere 11. Beide Kinder haben auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen, welches für beide ein wenig klein war. Von der Beschreibung her sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Meerblick handelt. Die Wohnung, befand sich seitlich im EG im Objekt, so dass kein Meerblick möglich war. Die Wohnung hat eine den ganzen Tag im Schatten gelegene Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr zentral und geparkt werden kann in einer modernen und super sauberen Tiefgarage. Alles war vorhanden. Eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber viele gute Cafés waren in der Nähe. Wir konnten sogar noch in einem wirklich schönen und sauberen Pool springen, dieser befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight.

L’appartamento era come descritto, tutto molto pulito, terrazza enorme. L’attenzione per i bambini è tanta, offrono un sacco di comfort molto utili e l’idea di far trovare dei giochi puliti e disinfettati è bellissima, la nostra bimba è stata entusiasta. Il mare è davvero a due passi, non c’è nemmeno la strada da attraversare. Lettini e ombrellone in spiaggia e piscina molto bella. Davvero super consigliato, soprattutto se avete dei bambini!

Tolle Anlage , sehr nette Menschen. Die Stadt kann man supergut auch zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war super sauber , bequeme Betten und alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und es fehlt an nichts. Sie war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und haben sehr gute Empfehlungen abgegeben und hatten gute Restauranttipps. Der Strand war zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Die Gegend sehr ruhig und schön. Die Restaurants hatten einiges zu bieten und die Preise waren sehr fair. Ein Ausflug nach Venedig lohnt sich auch von da aus. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal buchen und danken den Gastgebern für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr freundlich, hatte uns Wasserflaschen und neue Tücher gekauft, da es sehr heiss war. Hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Très bon séjour ! Maisonnette tout près de la plage, un vrai plus ! Cuisine super agencée !

we loved our stay, you could really tell that it is a little family gem we were allowed to enjoy. great location, easy busride to the Vaporetto station. enjoyed some time at the beach, restaurants on Lido and of course magical Venice. had plenty of space with our 4 kids, used the kitchen for easy meals. nice view from the balcony. definitely recommend the stay.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

The place has a summer cabin feel although it is in an apartment building. It is in the first floor and has it's own front yard where you can have a bbq and chill out. The apartment has two bedrooms and 4 beds. Free parking is available in front of the house. The location is perfect! It is just 5 minutes walk from a lovely white sand beach where you can swim and find nice restaurants. Terrazza Mare was our favourite (food was absolutely delicious!). Well equipped supermarket is just around the corner. Visiting Venice was really convenient. We drove to Punta Sabbioni port, left our car in the parking lot that costs 5 EUR for the whole day, and took the ferry to Venice. We were able to buy a museum ticket package also from the ferry port, which meant that we did not have to queue for tickets once in Venice. Silvia was a great host! She provided helpful tips e.g. Venice trip. Communication was easy. We hope to return one day!
