From the beautiful decor to the extremely well equipped kitchen and the post card views, we couldn't have asked for any better. We had a fantastic stay on Leisure Isle. The house is well equipped and ideally located! The host, Elma, is great. She went out of her way to provide us with a wonderful stay! She continuously checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! The property comes with loads of sporting equipment for visitors to use. This makes it extra fun for kids! I can strongly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Leisure Isle and Knysna. Thanks Elma for making our stay so memorable!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Michèle en hebben ook de kans gekregen kennis te maken met haar liefdevol gezin. De plek zit zo’n 4km rijden van de N2 hoofdweg op een grintweg. Met een kleine wagen rij je dat stukje best op het gemak maar dat is met wat geduld perfect te doen :-). Eens toegekomen, kom je terecht in een oase van rust midden in het woud. Het is een perfect plekje om tot rust te komen én het dient tegelijk met als uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar regio Plettenberg (25min rijden naar het begin van de baai). Passeer wel best langs de supermarkt als je er de eerst dag toekomt. Je kan de eerste avond dan gezellig koken in het huisje en hoef je de weg niet meer op :-).

We came here as part of our honeymoon and the accomidation was everything we wanted and more. Private, beautiful, peaceful and close enough to town that you can still enjoy everything Plett has to offer. A super attentive host! Views worth the visit! Highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The two braai areas are great if the wind/weather turns, one on the top floor balcony, amazing view and convenient to the kitchen, and one on the bottom floor inside, a bit inconvenient in regards to the kitchen, but will be more of a comfortable experience during bad weather, also the lift takes you to each floor, which helps when needing to get/carry things. The apartment was clean and tidy, easy walking distance to Thesen Harbour Town, where you will find great restaurants and shops. It is also an added bonus that there are 3 bathrooms. There is also full DSTV provided, which is great for the movie and sport people. There are many activities on the island, tennis, 18-hole putting course (need own putters and balls), squash (need own rackets and balls), cycling, running, walking, kayaking (provided by host, great bonus!) and you are also allowed to swim in the canals if you wish. Thank you for the great stay, we will be back!

Wow, our stay at this property in Knysna was amazing! I’m so happy we booked this one as it really lived up to the photos and description. Linda was at the house when we checked in and showed us around the property and how everything worked. The house was spotless when we arrived and Linda came each day and made it perfect again. The instructions in the manual were clear and when I did make a mistake by not following the instructions and accidentally locking my passport in the safe, Michelle and Lindsay were quick to respond and pop over to sort it out. We found loads of restaurants and a big supermarket a very short drive down the hill. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It really was the perfect holiday house with the most incredible views. Thanks again to Michelle and team for a fantastic experience.

What an amazing little place! We loved everything about our stay, apart from our visit being too short. "Room With a View" definitely lived up to its name, absolutely beautiful views. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need. John, was so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and getting to see how beautiful Knysna is. Thank you so much to you all, we will most definitely be back and hopefully for much longer! x
