I am not so fond of writing but I still wonder why this property don't have golden leaves i request airbnb please consider this, really was an amazing stay fell like home.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, 17 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu verbringen, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sicherheit – man fühlt sich hier rundum geschützt und kann die Zeit vollkommen ungestört genießen. Die Villa bietet viel Privatsphäre, sodass man sich wie in einer eigenen kleinen Oase fühlt. Ich kann diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

(Many) Positives - easy location to find once inside the gated community. Great private pool, perfect for couples or those with a young child. Quiet at night, rare for Pattaya! Spacious house, bigger than photos with plenty of room for our group of three adults and one child. Bathrooms all with excellent walk in showers. Great communication throughout. (Not many) Negatives - Ants in the kitchen. Perhaps hard to fully eradicate, but any unwrapped food in cupboards or the side was quickly located by hundreds of ants! Cleaners didn’t lock any doors - doors also unlocked on arrival. Yes there’s a safe and it’s a gated community, but unlocked doors surely encourages petty theft. Top tip - “Grab” APP a must for taxis and food deliveries as you are well out of the way of shops/restaurants. Overall a great location if you want some peace at night time and in the day, with a brilliant pool and friendly, responsive host! Thanks, would stay here again for sure 👍

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Overall a great place to stay. Quiet & peaceful with a dipping pool to cool down. Taxis however had difficulty finding this place.

Yochsawat is a great host- quick replies, reasonable. House was comfortable and just what the listing said. The only thing I had trouble with was putting the address into maps. But if you enter “Yoch pool villa” it comes right up.

an amazing spot for a vacation. the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay with friends. highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to relax out by the pool or host movie nights.

新房子设施也都很新，在别墅区，很安静，出门去哪里都方便，我们到的时候很晚了，房东特意让阿姨过来接待。小朋友很喜欢玩泳池，水很干净

房东人很好，周边设施也很好。只有一个问题就是这边流量网不太好，没有wifi，不过还是一次非常良好的住宿体验，非常感谢！ 卫生：满分 沟通：满分 独特亮点：泳池和海很好

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

I love the place. it's near big c and have a night market. not that far from the beach. And the villa is new and clean. we really enjoy the pool and the KTV house. The host is Chinese and can speak Chinese. friendly and kind. If I got the chance, I will book this again.
