Nice place to stay ! Near MU

Renantes place is a little gem, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro to get to town, and its about 25 mins to the airport/train station. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are lovely the spare room has an ensuite, a couch a work space with a good work chair and a decent mattress on the floor ready to go so you can use it as a spare room or office. Renante was very helpful and easy to communicate great value for money. I'd definitely consider their place again if I have business that side of the city.

the apartment is ok, a bit noisy at night as wall and window are small and it's close to a big road. it's likely more to just have a sleeping place at night if you go outside everyday. if you stay in the room all day it might be very noisy. overally it did what it was supposed to do so I liked it

The stay was overall very pleasant. The location is great, within walking distance to public transport and some nice local spots to eat and shop. The space was clean and quiet, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after being out all day. It’s a simple place, but well worth the price. If you’re looking for something clean, convenient, and affordable, this is a solid option. Would happily consider it again next time.

Mr Sirichai is a professor at Bangkok University and has his own photography studio. Here you can often meet many artists who are his friends and students. I reckon he is quite familiar with Bangkok, and can always arrange vehicles, tour guides, shopping, dining and massages for me. It is said that courses in latte art, photography and indigo will be provided in the future. That is what I really looking forward to come again.

Stayed here for a month and had a great time. Located in a lust green place amongst the city of bangkok with tons of facilities nearby like a laundry, multiple 7 11 and tons of food places. Made my stay in bangkok very comfortable and enjoyable

Good place to stay. Everything you need is very close: the MRT station is just a 10-minute walk away, a washing machine (30 baht) is in the yard, and a filtered water dispenser is right in front of the house. There are several bathrooms and toilets on the first floor, so it was never crowded. Also, you need to use a separate entrance to access the kitchen, which wasn’t obvious at first, but Phunnaras responded very quickly to show it. There are other guests in the house, but I hardly saw anyone. The place is calm and quiet. For the price, I think it's a great value, and I can definitely recommend it!

It was the best place in Bangkok. I little part of paradise not to far from everything. Dome and his family where great hosts. Super friendly and they helped us with everything. Great first impression of Thailand. Hope to see you soon again

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Upscale and posh. They delivered the keycard to me. Amazing gym, pool, and people. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
