Kyle’s place was super close to the clinc I attended every day. Great location for Whole Foods and to get to Laguna beach. Bedroom was very quiet at night and peaceful which, is a must for me.

100% would stay with Farah again. Outstanding communication! The condo unit was private well kept and had all the amenities. Everything is close by. Thanks again.

Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

Comfortable, spacious condo near many local attractions and cities. It was well-stocked with all the amenities. It was a clean and quiet space. Great views of the city! Jeffrey is a thoughtful and proactive host who clearly communicated the specifics about check in and parking.

Beautiful home: warm and comfortable. Looked exactly like it was advertised. Louis is very prompt with communication and clear with information. He was flexible with our needs for check-in. Great place, great experience - so great that I extended my stay multiple times, I was in no rush as this unit quickly felt like home. The perfect balance of necessities for an enjoyable stay: a very clean apartment, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of natural light through wall-to-wall glass sliders with a great view, a nice back porch and seating area, ample space for living and working, a beautifully renovated kitchen that is well equipped, comfortable furniture, and all the necessities for an extended stay. In addition, Michael (Ming) was a gracious host and was always available but never intrusive. While it is rare to find just a few of these attributes, with everything needed to make you feel right at home, this is a rare find and a hidden gem. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting for any length of time, but especially for an extended stay.

The house was perfect! It matched the description exactly and was a quick 15-20 mins drive to Disney. The rooms were clean and spacious, backyard was nice to be in, my daughter loved the doll house, and the level 2 Ev charger was great! The toys in the house made our kids extremely happy and the hosts are amazing! They are informative and friendly and we look forward to renting from them again

I have to say the most impressive plus point is the view and scenery. The neighborhood is amazing despite being a bit remote from local access. The second best thing is the communication and the desire to help guests. The inside is pretty old, and although it has almost all necessary equipment, they need to upgrade them, as they are very old and look like no update has been done. The gym shown in the photos is almost non-usable except for the treadmill and elliptical. The knives are blunt and need replacement. Repairs must be completed at their own expense, not the guests’. They should pause availability until all repairs are done. It’s not appropriate to place black plastic wrap on the roof. But overall, I give credit not because it was a perfect stay but because of the view and their communication. AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND I don’t want to consider a negative thing in my memory even if it’s unrelated. THAT IS HOW POSITIVE I AM.

James was incredible and accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful! We’ve never had a better host. This home is close to everything and the house encourages kids to do independent play and use their imagination so what more can an exhausted parent want? I had food poisoning while I was there and my husband was able to manage 3 toddlers because of the amenities of this house alone. 10/10 will definitely stay at James’ properties in the future!! Highly recommend for families!!
