I only stayed one night, but it's a really cosy place. Very clean, the fire stove was awaiting me when I arrived, and Virginie gave a very warm welcome. I can definitely recommend this place!

Wat een heerlijke plek om even op adem te komen! We hebben genoten van de rust, het knusse interieur en de fijne sfeer die hier hangt. Alles straalt rust en gastvrijheid uit — een perfecte uitvalsbasis om op te laden en mooie herinneringen te maken. Je voelt gewoon dat dit met liefde wordt uitgebaat. Dankjewel voor de warme ontvangst en de mooie herinneringen die we hier mochten maken. We nemen deze herinneringen terug mee en laten een beetje dankbaarheid achter. Met een grote glimlach én frisse energie (en een beetje tegenzin) weer naar huis en laten je graag een beetje dankbaarheid achter. Tot misschien nog eens!

France et Rémi sont des hôtes très prévenants, accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans leur roulotte joyeusement colorée. Tout était parfait... L'environnement était paisible et calme, le jardin conçu par France, un vrai petit paradis. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir 😃

Barry's place is just great. Cute little apartment but it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. They were so nice to also leave stuff for breakfast in the fridge. Very nice touch. They are a very friendly and very warm couple and we loved meeting them. Parking is also great right infront of the apartment's door. Worth mentioning: The sofa bed is very comfortable. I was able to get a very good night's sleep because main bed was used by my wife and baby. The apartment can easily sleep 4 people. Recommended.

Wat een heerlijk huisje is dit! Met vers brood & jam bij aankomst, heel fijne bedden, een prima keuken en een schitterende tuin. Het ligt aan een klein weggetje midden in de natuur, heerlijk rustig en ontzettend mooi. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes (wij zijn naar Leeds Castle en Canterbury geweest). En vlakbij ligt de Wye Crown, een prachtig uitzichtpunt over Kent, ook zeker de moeite waard!

The host Jo is a lovely person. Very helpful and always on hand and responded to text messages. We had brownies and milk in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. The Milk Shed is a lovely place to stay. Very clean and tidy. A nice comfortable bed. Microwave, toaster,kettle and fridge etc. It's 2 minutes to the sea and 15-20 minutes to the harbour and town walking. We had a lovely stay. xx ❤️ w

Perfecte rustige plek als uitgangspunt voor te wandelen en te fietsen..Zeer aangenaam dat je een apart sanitair hebt.

Very relaxing and beautiful house, it made us felt immediately like home! David and Hélène were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and always available for anything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and warm! Till next time :)

excellent accommodation, with great views. The place has amazing character which pictures cannot fo it justice....you'll need to see for yourself. Will definitely be recommending thatchie as a peaceful, and tranquil get away.

We verbleven hier als overnachting voor een trouwfeest in de buurt. Het is een zeer mooi verblijf! We vonden het jammer dat we niet meer konden genieten van de accomodatie met jacuzzi en mooie omgeving, maar het was een ideale plaats om te overnachten na het trouwfeest. Caroline Is een vriendelijke host die vlot reageert op berichten. Super!

We had an absolutely lovely stay! The area is so peaceful, with amazing views! It was cloudy on our first evening, but we caught the sunset on our second which was stunning! The cabin was lovely, incredibly clean and had everything you need - the bed is super comfy as well I normally struggle to stay anywhere away from home but slept so well both nights! I messaged beforehand for recommendations for local restaurants and Marta was super speedy with a response! We also had birthday balloons, banners and Prosecco when we arrived for my partners birthday which was such a lovely touch! They had also lit the hot tub for us prior to arriving! I would definitely stay here again, we chose this place based off of the amazing reviews and photos and it absolutely didn’t disappoint 😊

We verbleven hier tijdens de kerstdagen met vier gezinnen en hadden een fantastische tijd. Iedere familie had haar eigen charmante “Tiny House”, wat zorgde voor rust en privacy, terwijl de gezamenlijke foyer met sauna een geweldige ontmoetingsplek bood. Deze combinatie maakte ons verblijf zelfs leuker dan eerdere ervaringen in grote vakantiehuizen waar we met 16 personen verbleven. Een absoluut hoogtepunt was de winterbarbecue: de plancha/houtskoolbarbecue was perfect voor een gezellige en smaakvolle kerstavond. Daarnaast verdient de ecologische insteek van het domein een speciale vermelding. Het is duidelijk dat de host veel aandacht besteedt aan duurzaamheid en het minimaliseren van de impact op de natuur. Een plek waar je écht zorgeloos kunt genieten!

An incredible stay at the cabin! One of the best stay experiences☺️ Fee was extremely kind and let us check in much before the assigned time. There were clear instructions and response has throughout been prompt. The cabin is intricately decorated with a personal touch. Clean interiors, colourful cutlery, well equipped home appliances, choice of books and fancy outdoor seating. Fee made sure that we were comfortable and checked with us if we needed anything. Location is ideal - a 15 minute walk from the station, close to the beach and city centre. Amazing restaurants and cafes located in walking distance. Peaceful residential neighbourhood and safe at night. Thank you so much Fee for your hospitality and we would love to stay on our next visit!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la Tiny house de Cécile et Denis. Lit confortable, logement bien équipé, parfaitement situé dans la propriété, très paisible, terrasse très agréable. Et le village est très beau, une rivière est accessible à 5-10minutes à pieds, tout valloné avec des moutons dans une prairie.. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits bio et locaux (oeufs, fromage, pain, confiture maison,..) est aussi super!!

Great one night stay in the little cabin. It’s very compact with everything you need and it feels super homely. Just a few minute walk to the high street, so ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Does get chilly at night but there is a heater available to use. Thanks so much Nick!

We had a lovely stay at Kay’s property. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean with kind and thoughtful extras such as a cold bottle of fizz and some beers in the fridge, as well as bread, eggs and fresh milk for breakfast. We were recommended to eat at the Hampton Inn, a short walk from the property along the beach. The food and service there was excellent - highly recommended! The outside shower was fabulous - powerful and hot and I confess to luxuriating in it for far longer than the showers I take at home. Just bliss. The property is an easy three mile walk along the sea front into Whitstable in one direction (under an hour) and around fifteen minutes to the pier in Herne Bay in the other. A great central location but also very easy striking distance by car if you want to investigate further afield. We loved our stay and look forward to returning ☺️ Thank you Kay 🙏🏼

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! La location est idéale, au calme, propice à la détente. Les étoiles ne suffisent pas pour exprimer notre entière satisfaction. Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et très accueillants. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et plein de charme, avec une décoration soignée jusque dans les moindres détails. C’est une location originale qui a fait le bonheur de toute la famille, notamment de ma fille, qui ne rêve déjà que d’y revenir ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour cette belle parenthèse.

Lovely (and clean!) little place in peaceful surroundings. Villages nearby with supermarkets, boulangerie’s /patisserie’s snd ATMs. Great for a walk/ride through the forest and lovely restaurant/pub 15mins walk away. Juliette is a great host - easy check in/out, great info and guide book.

Absolute aanrader om hier te verblijven! We zouden zo opnieuw gaan. De cabin ligt in een prachtige omgeving met uitzicht op de velden, de paarden, en schapen. Cabin is ook volledig uitgerust met het nodige keukengerief, en de check-in verliep vlekkeloos. Een pareltje!

Ik en mijn vriend hebben een geweldige nacht hier gespendeerd. De omgeving straalt rust uit, de accommodatie is ontzettend mooi en super leuk ingericht. Echt een droom bestemming! De host is een hele open en vriendelijke vrouw, we zijn ontzettend goed geholpen en we hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad. De locatie is op rijafstand van drie hele leuke steden, dus er is veel te doen buiten de mooie natuur. Ik zou het zeker aanraden! Het enige minuscule dingetje waar je wel rekening mee kan houden is dat je de snelweg wel hoort.

We had a wonderful stay at Tilly's Eco Hut for our son's 4th birthday. She was so helpful and flexible with our check in (as he was so excited to come stay!) which was really kind and hugely appreciated. The eco hut was really througtfully designed and had everything we needed. It was lovely, warm and cosy despite it being March too. We got so lucky with the weather, and the site was glorious in the sunshine and spring blossom. We look forward to visiting again in the future :)
