Had a great stay. Really peaceful location in rural Norfolk but within walking distance of a great pub. The outside space was simply amazing, almost too much choice of places to sit! So many amenities with the pizza oven, gas BBQ griddle, charcoal BBQ, two sheltered outdoor areas and of course the hot tub. Lots of information provided upfront. Check in was a breeze. Place was spotless. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely stay at Quail Cottage, plenty of space for the children to play and run around in the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for exploring the north Norfolk coast and Jane’s recommendations for places to eat were spot on!

Another lovely stay at Julie's cottage. It is the best AirBnb we have stayed at, which is why we keep returning. Julie is an excellent host and adds some lovely touches to make you feel welcome. We look forward to our next visit.

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great few days here! Graham and Nicky were so friendly and helpful. The place was exactly what we needed, a peaceful place to rest after some busy days! The children absolutely loved the space including the freedom to be outside and the adventure walk to the local pub! They also loved the bedroom set ups and definitely did not miss the tv! The fire was great in the evening, and the heating in the bedrooms kept the rooms toasty! The hot water was lovely and warm too! No complaints, would recommend!

Wow! What can I say? Such a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful part of the country! Kirsty really had thought of everything - so many little details which makes your stay so much more special / relaxing! Comfortable beds / bedding, peaceful location, fresh eggs… I could go on! Don’t hesitate to book this as you won’t be disappointed!

The generosity of equipment in each barn made socialising between us very easy. The knowledge of contents of welcome pack appreciated and welcome. As was the advice for local pubs and walks. Ping pong table was fun and well used. We found the location ideal with much to explore to satisfy a wide age range. Communication before and during our stay was easy and supportive.

Michelle‘s Shepherd hut was more stunning than the pictures depicted. Everything was spotless and the setting was idylllic. The fire pit was a wonderful addition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is very rural and if you want utter peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Don’t hesitate to book.

This is a nice barn conversion with a lovely garden, which our dog enjoyed very much. The house is easily accessible by car yet peaceful and secluded once inside of the gate. As a keen home cook I loved the large, well-equipped island kitchen, too. Chris gave us clear instructions about the house, and his detailed local guide was very helpful. We loved meeting his super-friendly doggie, too!

What a wonderful stay we had at The Little Barn! According to our 9 years old daughter “ We are in heaven “ 😊 We booked Hannah’s place for a few days to escape the busy city. The barn looked exactly what we were looking for, peaceful surroundings, lots of outdoor space for the kids to play, animals and lovely walks in the countryside and nearby villages…and a very special dog Martha 😊 Hannah sent clear instructions about check in and how to get there. From the minute we arrived she made us very welcome and she was great with the kids and they felt so happy exploring and playing with Martha. The barn was beautiful, we spent time around the log burner playing board games in the evening and soaking the sun during the day in the garden. Our kids had lots of fun with Hannah’s friend Nicole and enjoyed their little yoga lesson. We had marshmallows around the fire pit and BBQs. The barn had everything we needed. We felt like visiting family! Thank you Hannah for making us feel at home!

Carolyn's place was even more beautiful than the photos suggest; the perfect spot for a peaceful break and re-charge. Spending the evenings sitting on the decking watching the sunset over the sea was a standout moment. The hut was equipped with everything you could need, clean and really thoughtfully laid out.

What a lovely stay we had. Jason gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around. The Pumphouse had the wow factor right from the start. Beautiful views from the lounge and kitchen of the manicured garden. All you need in the kitchen to self-cater if you wanted and lots of useful eatery recommendations in the thoughtfully prepared manual. We enjoyed sitting outside in the garden after our days exploring. The whole place just felt really homely but even better. I would definitely recommend and hope to get a chance to return.

The place was perfect for our needs. Really clean, spacious, lovely location only 10 mins from Sheringham or Cromer, and Kevin provided all the things one needs to be able to cook and relax in garden. It was very much like a home away from home.

Absolutely loved our three night stay at The Bakery. Lucie and Phil were fabulous hosts and made us feel so comfortable as soon as we arrived. The Bakery was perfect for our short stay and our plans to get out and about exploring and revisiting Norfolk. Easy to find, beautiful location, and extremely comfortable accommodation. Couldn't have been better. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Norfolk.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. Thanks so much!

What an amazing place to stay! We all had a great time, perfect location for exploring Norfolk and getting away from it all. The surroundings are so peaceful and the spa is just what we needed. The spa is beautiful with a well kitted out gym, lovely indoor pool, and the saunas and outdoor jacuzzi were just so relaxing! The house is exactly as described with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thanks Tan for a wonderful stay.

This is the best airbnb we have stayed at. it was absolutely stunning inside and full of character. The hosts were amazing and we were grateful of the added extras inside such as fruit, wine and essentials. we would definitely like to return again and fully recommend this Airbnb as a 5 star staycation
