Haven of peace - the garden studio

The studio is located in Quartier Saint Catherine, the historic centre of the old fishing port of Honfleur. Just a short stroll away from the Vieux Bassin and its many bars and restaurants, it is also well placed for shopping and for visiting the town's museums and galleries. On arrival you pass through the entrance hall of my house to discover the studio tucked away at the end of a courtyard garden. The only sounds you will hear are the singing of the birds at dawn and their early evening chatter. A modern spacious room with high ceilings, it has a private shower room and a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave oven, fridge & ceramic hob for preparing light meals. There is a comfortable king size bed and a sitting area with armchairs, tv and dvd player. A single bed can be added for a third adult or child (at additional cost) and a baby cot is available. Its doors open onto a small private terrace, ideal for taking breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. The studio is self catering. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided as are tea and coffee, shower gel and shampoo. HONFLEUR AND THE REGION Honfleur has a superb market every Saturday selling seasonal fruIt and vegetables, local cheeses, oysters, country ham and free range poultry. The local beach is a 10 minute walk away and the well known resorts of Trouville and Deauville are 20 minutes by car. The D Day landing beaches, the Mont Saint Michel and Monet's house at Giverny are all within a couple of hour's drive of Honfleur. A few kilometers inland is the lovely, gentle rolling countryside of the 'Pays d'Auge' famous for its cider and Calvados production and for local cheeses such as Livarot, Pont l'Evèque and Camembert.

Vous aurez à votre disposition un joli salon avec 1 canapé et 1 table, 2 chambres ainsi qu'une salle de bain. Vous disposerez d'une terrasse privée face aux pâturages. Seul, en couple, avec vos enfants ou un couple d'amis, nous serons heureux de vous recevoir et de vous offrir un petit déjeuner avec nos produits maison.

Aux premières loges pour observer la faune du jardin, la rivière , et prendre un bon bain de verdure!! Gîte de 70 m2, terrasse ouverte sur un grand terrain arboré et fleuri, maison indépendante, sans vis-à-vis. Grand séjour de 20 m2, baie vitrée, cuisine équipée, chambre parentale à l'étage et petite chambre, type cabane. Idéalement situé, très calme, à 5 min à pied du centre-ville, à 3 km de la mer. Le long d'une piste cyclable , d'un parcours de pêche, et à la croisée de nombreuses randonnées!

Bienvenue au gîte de l’espadon du Val Mulet. Notre guest house se situe à l’étage d’un pavillon récent avec un accès indépendant et jardin privatif . Sur la côte Ouest du Cotentin, notre gîte est à 1 kilomètre à pied de la mer et de la plage surveillée de Sciotot et proche du bourg des Pieux. À deux pas des commerces et idéalement située pour la pratique des sports nautiques, vous trouverez un espace sauvage préservé où faire de grandes ballades et randonnées le long du GR, depuis la maison.

Situé dans le parc du château, dans ses anciennes écuries entièrement aménagées en habitation tout confort en 2016. Notre gîte vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer... grâce notamment à sa piscine intérieure et chauffée, aménagée dans les anciennes écuries du château...(fermeture de la piscine du 15 novembre au 30 mars) et nos différents services : Draps et serviettes fournis. Ménage à votre départ (supplément en cours de séjour) et notre table d'hôtes.

Le logement comprend au rez de chaussée : un séjour avec bureau , une petite cuisine équipée avec table à manger et une terrasse extérieure privée attenante au bâtiment sur son coté sud . Un étage accessible par un escalier intérieur avec chambre et salle de bain avec toilette .

L’annexe de l’ancien presbytère

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple. You will probably cross their lovely dogs, Tokyo, a bearded collie Atlas and Arya, her babies born in august 2025, and their cat Sushi.
