House with modern design close to the beach

Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. This house with garden in Mölle offers a view of the ocean yet has direct access to the forest and the nature reserve. It is a short walk from nearest ocean swimming and Mölle harbour. You’ll love the place because of its coziness, proximity to the ocean and the views. The place is suitable for couples, families or business travellers. It is perfect for up to 5-6 visitors. Mölle is a lovely old seaside resort village. The Kullaberg region offers plenty of activities for all ages.

Fullt utrustad lägenhet belägen i utkanten av Nyhamnsläge. Nära till havet där det finns hamn, strand, badplats och naturreservat. Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Gästhus med fantastisk utsikt nära naturen

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

Charming cottage near the sea !

We let out our charming cottage who are completely renovated summer 2014. Located in the quaint little fishing location Old Lerberget just south of Höganäs. The cottage location is 2 minutes walk to the sea and with a very nice jetty sandy beach.
