We absolutely enjoyed your place! Sharon and Anna were excellent host and very supportive! The apartment lacked nothing! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We loved the trail around the whole lake and walked it each day! The location is very convenient to anything you would like to do in the mountains! Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

For just a little more than a hotel, we had a private apartment close enough to walk to Carson Newman for graduation. Her garden and patio were absolutely lovely, and the apartment was clean and furnished and decorated in a delightful way!

Everything was perfect for the week that we stayed.

This was a lovely home with everything we needed for our stay, plus a few extras that made it special. Karla was very helpful and attentive ahead of time.

Carolyn was quick and responsive with my questions from when I first started looking to book to check out. The house is large, plenty of room. It is on a busy street but was still able to walk the neighborhood and felt safe sitting outside on the porch. The house had all the amenities needed and didn't need to bring much from home or purchase. We really had a nice time with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only things I would change are to add a few mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready and out on time.

The Pleasant House was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for my family. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. It was very cozy inside and out. J and T even went the extra mile to personalize a welcome sign for us! They were helpful and the home was excellent.

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

AnneAlyse’s service was absolutely amazing! Whenever we had questions during anytime, she was always available to answer and treat us with the utmost respect! The place was extremely cleaned when arrived and her instructions were entirely clear for me to check in. Amazing job and it enhanced how much i enjoy my stay!!

Christopher's house is beautiful and was a great place for a weekend with the girls!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.
