We had a lovely time staying at Ernesto's place. Beautiful back patio that our family spent most of our time on; the linens, towels, and dishes felt top-shelf. They have an iguana in their backyard, and Puerto Rican green parrots and pelicans that fly by daily. Of course, being on a beach road in Puerto Rico near one of the most beautiful beaches has a major perk - walk to the beach every day! It also has a downfall of having the loud music-bumping stereos at night, even on some weeknights. But that has been near many beaches in PR so is to be expected. The washer and dryer were great, as was having a lot of different beach amenities (e.g., boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs).

Family vacation after driving 8 hours. We were allowed to check in early, which was amazing since we had an 8 month old with us. We could see the beach from the house. Would definitely stay again

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Quick two minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. No need for an alarm clock, a little rooster will make his rounds at 7:00am!

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

Great stay at this condo! Having stayed at many condos in this area over the years, everything was great!

The apartment is super cute, very clean, great view and super accesible to great restaurants and bars. Definitely coming back and booking this gorgeous place.

The condo and the beach area were both beautiful and private. What we loved most was being able to enjoy the beach without being over run by too many crowds. There was a very comfortable amount of people, but plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The water and the sand were beautiful and the people were friendly. We had the opportunity to meet Roberto. He was super pleasant and friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do while we were there, but the beach was so beautiful that it was enough to do during our short stay. We did go bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and visit a local Mexican restaurant he recommended. It was a great, great time. The condo was the absolutely cleanest Airbnb I've ever been at. Everything was clean inside and out. The cabinets inside were sparkling and organized, and dishes, pots, coffee maker and even the blender were usable without pre-washing. Just an exceptional job by both Roberto and Sandra I'm providing comfort and entertainment.

The best way to describe my experience was “when you’re here you’re family.” Ed and Faith Anne were amazing hosts who made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. As a solo traveler this was really important to me and I felt like family immediately. They were readily available when I needed them and respected my privacy. The unit was very cute and clean and came complete with a friendly guard dog :) It was located right across from a gorgeous beach and having the golf cart was priceless. I had a great time exploring the island and went on a super fun snorkel trip with the host’s excursion company. I highly recommend staying here and would go back just so I could hang with Ed and Faith Anne again!

The pictures were exactly as described. Cute decor and very spacious for our large group of twelve. The upstairs bedroom and patio was ideal if you wanted some privacy away from everyone else. Samuel and Yulissa the caretakers were great! They cut fresh coconuts for us to have upon our arrival and even helped us to grill. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to visit family.

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Our stay at Mariely’s property was lovely. We arrived during a power outage and she was very accommodating, quickly bringing over lanterns for us and checking in regularly. The house had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, and such) and a gas range in order to ride out the outage. The location is outstanding, right on the ocean, and lots of places to sit outside and take in the view. The inside was spacious for the four of us, both open and having little nooks so we didn’t feel like we were always on top of each other. Down the road we found a sweet little beach that a local told us was created by Hurricane Maria. We had it to ourselves most days! I would stay at Mariely’s home again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stinson Beach. Greg and Robbie’s place was perfect and was so thoughtfully appointed. Linens, toiletries, coffee, kitchen amenities were all wonderful. Had everything we needed, even for our 2 fur babies. Perfect location and loved being able to walk on the beach down to Parkside cafe every morning. Weather was great, hiking in Muir Woods was amazing. Mill Valley had terrific cafes and coffee. Lovely all the way around. Greg and Robbie were very responsive and thoughtful hosts! Thank you!

This place was amazing. The location and the amenities were the main reason why I wanted to book this place. I had a wonderful time there with my family. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to enjoy some family time by the beach. :)

Great Host! Great location!

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described and is a great location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. We always enjoy our stay there. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

This place is beautiful, quiet, not busy (at least in early April), beach is clean, friendly neighborhood-if we return to this area we will try to obtain the same condo. Rebecca our host went so far above and beyond what was expected-when I arrived at the wrong place, when I asked about early check-in, and when I drove off with their parking pass. We have rented Airbnbs many times all over the US and Central America, and I can tell you Rebecca is by far the best host we have ever had. Her immediate response to some of my questions was priceless.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.
