Excellent accommodations for A larger crowd. There were 6 of us and we each had our own very comfortable bedroom including comfortable beds!! We were only there for a weekend wedding so can’t speak for surrounding area. Perth was close by though…about 10 mins drive. The home was very unique. Loved it. Outside garden and Balcony great!

Janice and Garry were kind and accommodating hosts. From a welcome note on the door through to having some surprises out for the kids, they made our stay very enjoyable. They were also very responsive throughout the booking process. The home itself is a converted old stone church. Very unique and infused with charm. It has everything you need including comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen and a large living space. It was perfect for our family and I'm sure we'll be back.

Loved our stay here! The accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The interior design was so beautiful and tied in the history of the building in such a neat way. The location is perfect as it is close to stores, parks, and entertainment but is on a very quiet road away from busy streets. We were lucky enough to stay during the spring time and the yard was picturesque with all the spring blooms! Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again if I ever need to stay in Riverton again.

Janice and Garry’s historic loft is a one-of-a-kind experience. Whether you’re an artist looking for inspiration or a frenetically busy couple looking for refuge the stay in the church will provide a great space to unwind and recalibrate. Aside from offering unique setting, Janice and Garry provided us a delicious and healthy meal, a first time stain glass making experience and even gave us a bug net to enjoy a drive-in movie with! This wonderful couple is one of Perth’s gems and we are so thankful to have met them!

This 1850 Old Stone Church is an absolute treasure! The owner has provided the perfect balance of 1800's charm with modern amenities. We loved tying back the window drapes each morning. There are two bedrooms--each with a full bathroom en-suite. It includes a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven, and laundry washer and dryer. We found the decor to be just perfect to complement the historic structure. The location is within a few minutes of downtown Nauvoo and the historic district, as well as the Nauvoo Temple. We also drove 30 minutes to visit the historic site of Carthage. There are a few restaurants and shops along Mulholland Street, and we recommend visiting the Nauvoo Fudge Factory. We easily give this a 5-star rating and recommend it as an outstanding AirBnB. The owner provided clear, prompt, and friendly communication and is an excellent host.

Very unique and spacious location. We had 9 in our group but could have likely brought double that amount and made sleeping arrangements work. The space itself is a cool conversation-starter and one that you’d be hard-pressed to replicate elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay! Tons of room for a larger group, and a great value for what you get. It was such a comfortable location for our group that we didn’t even bother going out to eat on some nights we might have otherwise, and instead grabbed tacos from the place right next door (which was really good, too!) Would definitely HIGHLY recommend staying here! Thanks for having us!

Really beautiful, comfortable space. Right downtown Lansing, short walk to the businesses on the main street and the wonderful riverside park. Only suggestion would be to have the walkway shoveled in snowy weather (or leave a shovel out for guests to do so).

This 1830s church was everything that was presented and more. I was impressed by the thought that went into little details (like solar lights in the driveway and door, photo album of renovation history, and so much more). Our group was 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Larger parties would certainly feel comfortable here. We loved that we were walking distance of town and the area was great/safe for walking. I definitely recommend this home for any family event/occasion and will definitely return if we are in the area.

Very nice space for our group getaway! Unique, spacious, lots of entertaining games. We also liked how we were still close enough to Columbus to go into the city for the day, and then it was far enough away that we had privacy and peace. The hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely amazing host. The place is beautiful and on a clear night, the moonlight really shows off the large stain glass windows. The kitchen is huge, the bedrooms are not big but do the job. Cannot recommend enough. At least stay one time to say you slept inside a renovated church. I know I will check for availability again if I'm in the area.

An excellent, unique stay. I had the pleasure of staying in the private loft area,which is on the third floor of the residence. The loft is spacious, with a kitchenette ( kettle, sink, utensils, bowls, plates), comfortable large bed, sitting area and dining area. Lots of plants. Fair warning, the stairs are a bit windy leading to your private abode. Emju was very communicative and thoughtful, taking the time to orient me to the entire residence and what it has to offer. I was able to partake in a morning meditation with Emju, and have a delicious breakfast as well. Domo the cat was very friendly. Hamtramck has much to offer and is a diverse neighborhood. Taking ubers to and from different parts of Detroit was easy. I would 100% return to this stay if I am ever in the Detroit area again!

Emju is the most responsive and friendly Airbnb host I’ve ever met! I loved staying at the beautiful and historic zen center. It was well stocked and supplied and all questions on my part were answered quickly and effectively.

This is our second time staying at The Sanctuary and we cannot say enough good things about it. Donna, the host, is amazing. Super responsive and friendly and adds so many personalized touches for your visit. The space is gorgeous and a five minute walk from cute bars and restaurants in one direction and M&T Bank stadium in the other direction. Simply the best!
