Rebecca was great , the place is perfect because of location. It is near everything and if I had any questions Rebecca would answer as soon as she could.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! This condo is amazing! The view is spectacular and the interior absolutely beautiful! They thought of every little detail down to a wonderful welcome gift of beach necessities. Checkin and out was super simple and the facilities at the complex were great! Hoping to return to this wonderful place again!

The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

We had a great stay! Our only complaints would be the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 of the 4 days we were there. I understand this had nothing to do with Airbnb or our host, it was just a minor inconvenience. Also our balcony had 2 pigeons nested up in the lower corner. We were told to operate as normal, but sadly that was not possible with our pup. Both of these issues were communicated to me a couple days prior to our stay. I wish notice was given before paying the remainder of the trip, but also understand how that may not have been possible. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary! The place was beautiful.

we really enjoy this place, everything was clean and accurate, just like the pictures. the kitchen had eveverything we needed to cook a meal. I like that the coffe maker was not a kuering, I prefer to make more than one cup at a time. we will definitely be going back.

Had a wonderful visit. Plenty of things to do in the area. Went to Mustang Island, Oso Park and enjoyed fishing off the pier. We used the BBQ pit by the dock and grilled up some lunch. We were able to enjoy both the pools available and loved the convenience of the surrounding area. This Cozy Condo was perfect. 5 ⭐ Thanks Debi!

Can’t beat the location, was the first time we stayed walking distance to the beach and that was a game changer especially over the busy spring break weekend. The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The space is small but has all you really need. Plan to stay there again, thanks Rick!

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

I had the best stay at Courtney’s place! It was such a nice change of pace from the dozens of seashell-themed-50-shades-of-blue listings I had to sort through to find it (no offense to the ocean rooms, just not my vibe 😅). Everything in the studio was so carefully curated, from the gold light covers to the perfectly sized kitchen table! Extremely comfortable and cozy for my extended stay. There is a grocery store, dollar general and gas station within 5 minutes from the property. And of course the beach is only a few steps away. I loved it and didn’t want to leave!

My husband and I were house hunting for our next forever home. The place was magical Jeffery and Julie had everything there for a wonderful stay. Access to all the amenities. The pool is beautiful. The beach is right there. We set on the patio early in the morning 🌄 and watched every sunrise 🌅 Amazing place.

Ernie and Denise's place was exactly what I was hoping for. It was in a quiet area and being able to just walk out the front door directly to the fishing pond was such a treat for my husband. The place is decorated beautifully and the hosts had it stocked with all of your traveling necessities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fui con mi familia y nos encantó, el lugar es muy lindo, muy limpio, igual a las fotos y lo mejor es que está muy cerca de la playa, se podía ir caminando. El departamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario, desde productos de limpieza, hasta productos de higiene personal. Definitivamente volvería!!!!

We had the absolute best time at Mike’s place. Plenty of room, great amenities very responsive to requests and questions. Perfect spot for a family. Great for dogs to run around in the big backyard. Loved having the option of renting a golf cart. We will definitely be back and bring more family members. Location was fantastic. You could walk to restaurants and the beach. Thank you for letting us stay for a long weekend, we can’t wait to come back!!

I recently stayed at this incredible beach house and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor porch was perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Five stars all the way!

We always love our time at Palmilla Beach! the pools, the restaurants, the green space and live music...such a great summer beach town vibe. Loved the house, it was clean and comfortable and beautiful. Had everything we needed. Loved that the host was on property and able to help us when we needed a hand. Would rent again, loved it!

Absolutely wonderful place! walking distance from the beach. It was a very beautiful and clean environment. it had an outdoor shower to rise off the pup. rented a golf cart on site. I will definitely be back in the future. highly recommend this place or any in the same area. my new favorite place!

We had a great stay at the Crab Shack. Place was super cute, modern and neat & clean. Location was walking distance to the beach, and only 10 minutes drive to the national park & gorgeous beaches. First time in N. Padre, we can’t wait to go back.
