This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Welcome to our newly remodeled condo on the beach. You will have a beach view from the balcony and a short walk to the elevator and/or stairway. Villa del Sol is a gated community with beachfront access to go for a swim. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee bar. You will feel pampered with all the luxuries of a fine hotel. The condo sleeps comfortably, with 2 adults and 2 children. Free cable and Wi-Fi. The complex is currently being renovated, and there may be some noise during the day.
