This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Perfect host! Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here due to repairs being done to our home and Edward was most accommodating to our needs and allowed early check in. Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

This is my second time staying at this awesome home. This is a place that deserves a lot of appreciation. Angela has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is the spot I plan to stay with my family here in Fayetteville when visiting.

My family came down for the night and absolutely LOVED this place! The pool and hot tub were excellent and the house was super clean and the layout of the house was awesome. Jessica was extremely communicative and friendly. The kids loved it and the wife and I were very pleased with our experience. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos. Close to everywhere we wanted to go and in a cute neighborhood!

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

GREAT HOUSE! This property is really beautiful in addition to being clean with perfect amenities from great towels and linens to a washer and dryer and an extra bath off the kitchen. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Oleg’s place! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. Oleg was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Check-in was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again. Our second stay here and my family of 5 absolutely loves this cottage! Perfect location, very clean, great communication with Doug and stocked with everything we could possibly need! A wonderful place to spend Easter. Looking forward to returning again!

Having lived in the area previously and visited regularly, this place was 100% worth the price. Not only was the location great and the price excellent but the hosts were accommodating and responsive. There was plenty of room to rest and socialize and the glow in the dark stars in the kids room were such a nice surprise for my kiddos! Thanks Nic and Rach!

We had a short stay and not enough time to really enjoy it. The home was cozy and spotless, just as advertised! Gayle was helpful and flexible with our changing schedule, and even went by to turn on the lights for us when we weren't going to be there until dark. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Brevard. Location was close to town, hiking, and waterfalls. The inside of the house is very neat and clean. All of the furniture is very nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for my daughters musical performance at WCU. Greta's house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to the university. This is a great house!

Donnell is an excellent host, easy to work with, communication was great, home is rural but exactly what we needed.

My family and I loved this home at Lake Glenville! It had everything we needed. The views were incredible, and we really enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, riding the pedal boat, building campfires, and relaxing in the hot tub. We booked a boat tour with Lake Glenville Scenic Waterfall Cruises with Captain Mark. We saw a bald Eagle and the baby’s nest. We would gladly stay here again and hope to come in the fall sometime to see the foliage. I didn’t want to leave. Happ’s Place restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the shops in Cashiers and downtown Highlands, as well as hiking to a few waterfalls.

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. The host was very communicative, the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay here in the future if we are ever in the area again.

The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend!

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Beautiful home, very comfortable for groups that seek private bedrooms. Also has very comfortable mattresses (some very firm, which I like). Close to Beech Mountain ski resort & beautiful views. Kitchen, dining & living area all open with a ton of windows. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. The place was spacious and the decor was wonderful. It was such a a peaceful getaway. I have plans to come back and stay again.
