The place fit our needs perfectly for the family holiday. Perfect size for a couple and one or two kids. It's location and the cleanliness were the biggest factors for us. Close to family home and close to grocery stores, retail and many restaurants.

Tina was a great host. Duplex was exactly as shown in the listing. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Tina even supplied K-cups and single-serving peanut butter and jelly. Highly recommend!

This home was in a great location. Extremely clean and exactly what we expected. We felt right at home and the coffee bar was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Fargo.

Very spacious place and a responsive, welcoming host. The large front porch was a favorite.

Mike was a friendly and welcoming host. Our family had plenty of room in this house, and there was lots for the kids to do. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies. The neighborhood is safe, and it's easy to go for long walks and even walk to the park. There's also an indoor gym nearby. Hot tub for winter, pool for summer.

We really enjoyed staying at Mitchell’s place. Very practical and plenty of room. We had to adjust our travel dates earlier and we were extremely happy Mitchell was able to accommodate our new dates on such short notice. Thank you for your hospitality, we will try to book again!

The location was perfect for our job. The price could not have been better! They have done an incredible amount of work on their property, so cute. I loved the swept walkway and automatic lights along the way when we returned after work at night! Thank you for all your hard work! You are 5 stars in my book and we never even met.

Second time staying at this location. Great place, clean, easy to access and right in the middle of downtown. There is a fair amount of noise from the street but it isn't overbearing and earplugs are provided. My go-to place when I'm in Fargo!

What a wonderful place to stay! Jay and Kristi are the best hosts. Their place was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, drinks and breakfast foods which were greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here again as the location can’t be beat — close to downtown and NDSU.

The whole stay was fantastic. Robert went above and beyond with hosting. Everything was clean, comfortable and just lovely! My family of four just finished our second stay at Laura’s place. We like the location, ease of entry, how responsive Laura is, and how the unit is on the top floor so you don’t hear upstairs neighbors. We have family in the area, so we’ll be back!

We love staying at these condos! The condos always have the most beautiful set up and give a relaxing vibe. The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, museums and shops. The Host is responsive and helpful with any questions that come up. We plan to stay again next time we are in Fargo!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here while visiting Fargo. The apartment was great and looks exactly like pictured. We love the vibe that is has and the location is great too. The hosts are very responsive, give helpful instructions and go above and beyond for their guests. Awesome price point, would recommend!
