You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as covered front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. Check-in is easy and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.

The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. The historic Monroe House was built in 1920, recently upgraded with more refined finishes. The Monroe House’s 1st floor Airbnb apartment offers luxurious King and Queen size beds, a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry, gig speed wifi with room to entertain. The back area provides two private parking spaces—walking distance to Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Piedmont Park. The Airbnb is the convenient 1st floor apartment of a duplex. It is child friendly and pet friendly.

An original 1920s Craftsman duplex (sleeps 4) in an intown urban environment which features an office, living room, bedroom, and added Murphy bed in Kirkwood, Atlanta’s hippest intown neighborhood. We use this second home of ours on a seasonal basis. Dogs (pre-approved) are allowed ($15/night per animal) to be billed separately. Fee discounted on long term stays.
