這次的住宿非常棒，大廳氛圍還有飄著麵包餅乾香氣，整體很有家的感覺，房間風格簡約，住起來很舒適，床非常柔軟，真的可以好好的放鬆休息，地點離各景點都很方便，開車也很好停車，房東準備的早餐都超棒，手藝超好超好吃的！下次有機會還是會想再來這裡～謝謝房東

Fantastic experience staying at OC; incredibly comfortable beds, great downstairs common area, and helpful recommendations by the host. In addition to all the standard things one might expect, we were offered fresh tea (with explanations for each one), recommendations for food and activities, as well as a few lessons on local culture and customs. 在連假期間要找到這麼便宜CP值又高的民宿很難得，還有提供免費停車場，房東還準備早餐讓我們享用～真的很貼心～ 住宿地點算在小巷弄晚上非常安靜，房間客廳還有提供很多桌遊和麻將桌以及聯網電視，附近還有王氏魚皮和阿財牛肉湯生活機能也還算OK

老闆和老闆娘都超熱情的！溝通過程一直都非常順利非常開心🥳知道我是大陸客以後老闆娘的反應好可愛哈哈哈。這是我第一次在臺灣住民宿，體驗非常好！總之就是特別好啦，以後會推薦給我的朋友們的！

房間非常漂亮！維持得很乾淨整潔，老房子很有氛圍…採光和陽台也非常舒服，和朋友一起來玩得很愉快！這個價格非常超值！服務也很親切仔細，非常愉快的入住體驗

Such a cute and peaceful place, I loved the big windows and high ceilings and plants. The bed is definitely on the thinner side, even for a Japanese futon bed, so it may take getting used to. Still, it was a wonderful relaxing stay and there is great breakfast, bakeries, and coffee just down the street!

James is a generous and thoughtful guy. and his staff miss li is kind and helpful lady. thanks for the hospitality

The place is in a great location, easy to reach from either Tainan Airport or the THSR station, both less than 30 minutes away. It's clean and quiet. Unfortunately, there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy luggage and staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor, be prepared to use the stairs. If I visit Tainan again, I’d definitely stay here. :-)

Emmy 以及 Daniel 是很好的房東，在我們入住的時候與我們碰面，詳細的解說了住房的規則，電器的使用方法，以及他們為我們提供的資源以及食品。我們在入住或是在台南旅遊期間有任何住房或是觀光景點的問題，都能夠透過 AirBNB 即時向 Emmy 及 Daniel 詢問求助並獲得回覆。 完整的廚房以及饗食空間讓我們能品嚐外帶回來的街頭美食，也能料理蔬果以均衡營養。 我和我的家人都非常滿意這次住宿的經驗，有機會回到台南旅遊的話，Emmy 以及 Daniel 的房源肯定會我們的首選。 需特別注意： 這是一間老宅翻新的房源，所以隔音上會有侷限，會聽得到用水時水壓加壓的泵浦聲。住在最上層的房客會聽到鳥禽降落在鐵板屋頂上的腳步聲，還有下雨時雨水滴落的交響曲。最底層的雙單人床房沒有窗戶，而且在一張床的側面牆上掛著很大的一台電視，睡覺時要小心，不然會容易踢到。

住的房型直接面對公園樹海，起床後陽光灑落+在陽台喝杯咖啡看著廣闊的景致，是種享受生活的方式。但同樣的，如果你怕吵，鄰近大馬路的房型可能就不適合你。房東親切友善，回覆訊息快速！ 周遭生活機能不錯，步行一分鐘就有超商與手搖店，過個馬路吃東西也有一些店面。沒事再去公園散步，舒服！

James’s place is near the campus area which is quiet in the night. For the household, it’s spacious. Good value for the stay!

Fun and funky space that comfortably slept our group of three, we each had our own bedroom. Close to lots of places to eat.

This lovely house is perfect for big groups! The building itself is old, but inside is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything, from the decor to the necessaries provided, are very well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised. The living room on the first floor is such a cozy and inviting space where everyone can hang around. The beds are comfy, and there is a toilet in every bathroom. The only downsides are the stairs being very steep and the location is not the easiest to get to via transport, but taxi in Tainan is pretty cheap. We also liked how the neighborhood is very quiet yet there are many restaurants nearby. It’s a truly local experience, and I would highly recommend this place.
