We had an absolutely delightful time staying at Serendipity on Eleuthera! Eleuthera is insanely beautiful and the villa is just perfect. The view is even more spectacular than any photo could ever convey, and we really enjoyed being able to walk right out back to our very own private swimming area. Swimming right there at the villa may have been our very favorite aspect of the trip! The time and thoughtfulness that Jodi and her family must have spent, carving out that little nook to allow for amazing access to the Caribbean, is so impressive :) The villa itself was also outstanding. So squeaky clean and filled with absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Jodi also allows access to the garage as well, where there are inner tubes, snorkels, masks, water shoes, etc. to make your stay perfect. Re: location, the villa is a ~8 min walk to Rainbow Bay Beach, one of the best on the island, and is centrally located, making it an easy drive to so much more. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Sonshore Cottage! The house was clean, had a beautiful esthetic, extra beach towels were in the closet for our use, a soft cooler and plenty of ice packs were available for our beach outings, and more! Sarah was also a very responsive host providing us with a lot of local recommendations and help if we had any questions. We will definitely stay at Sonshore Cottage again when we return to Eleuthera!

This property is pure magic!!!! The photos don't do it justice. It's main feature is the incredible bluff with a wide vista of the ocean along with the incredible intimate lagoon where we snorkeled whenever we could. The array of fish and sea life in the lagoon was staggering. In one day we counted over 12 fish species and two different sea turtle species. Every day there was at least 5 to 6 different fish species. It was completely private. The rest of the island was also magical with incredible beaches and other snorkeling locations but our biggest struggle was deciding whether to just stay at the house and lagoon or go out exploring. Having the car to rent right there was a big plus. Both Scott and the caretaker was highly responsive and when we did have a couple issues they were resolved quickly. The house itself is comfortable and clean with a nice tropical vibe. We HIGHLY recommend this property. It is everything it promises and more.

Renee was a great host and Key Line Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It came with a golf cart to get around to the few places that weren't in walking distance. We were given clear instructions and local recommendations. The beach was easy to get to and we spent most of our days there. We did plan a couple of excursions but mostly, we were able to relax.

The cottage is wonderful: huge, fully equipped and with a lot of windows and in a perfect position to visit all the island from north to south. Ruth and William provided us with all the info we needed and were extremely active in solving the minor issues we have. We highly recommend it!

The Tree House is a bit of heaven. The view is unsurpassable. You feel as if you are part of the ocean at all times...there it is, RIGHT on your doorstep. The use of wood from the island makes Scott's home unique. Words really fail me. This is my husband and my dream home. It is simple, unintrusive and elegant. The beds are very comfortable. It is spacious, filled with light and loveliness.

Three little birds is absolutely magical. The house has so much charm, is decorated with so much love and comforted all our needs. We loved waking up hearing the birds, drinking coffee in the garden and watching the sunset from the roof terrace. The location was fantastic, away from the craziness but literally 5 min walking to get somewhere. The beach access was great, the access to ramora bay beach bar and marina was beautiful and the all the helpful tips from Tim made our stay truly incredible. Ow, did i mention the comfortable beds? And perfectly silent working AC? The spacious kitchen en all the boardgames in the livingroom? 5 stars and beyond❤️

We really loved the house - quite new, very big and clean, exactly as described. Communication with the host was very easy, we received super quick responses. Absolutely great value for money! The location is in the middle of the island, so be prepared to drive for the beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay at Belmont Estate. My husband and I stayed in the Junior Suite. My sister-in-law, husband, dog, and 2 kids stayed in main house. And my parents-in-law stayed in the cottage. It was the perfect set up. The house and both cottages were more updated than I expected and in great condition for island houses. House manager, Patrick, made sure everything was perfect. House was soooo clean! Mattresses were all very comfortable. Great kitchen. Bathrooms are all big and really nice. The yard is huge and gorgeous and impeccably maintained. Having a pool is fantastic, especially with kids. Sunset from the upstairs balcony is the best view on the island. House and cottages are all equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and coolers. We walked to The Buccaneer for dinner a couple nights. French Leave Beach is one of the best on the island and a 3 minute drive from the house. We loved it and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We checked in early and when we arrived the house was just lovely. Dom met us there and gave us a wonderful tour of the house and area. Both he and Joy were so helpful weeks before we arrived and during our stay. We had one minor issue and Dom immediately sent a plumber to fix things up. I can’t say enough about these wonderful hosts and this lovely property. We will be back !!

Location, Location, Location. Unreal. The house is dated and needs work, the power goes out sometimes and you might lose hot water. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this isn't it, but if you want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommend it. The access to the water, sound of the atlantic ocean crashing in the background and beautiful wildlife all around you. We will return. Brenda was a great host and made it her job to ensure we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooftop sunrise viewing deck was a dreamy place to have coffee (don’t forget the bug spray), the neighborhood cats and pups were welcome visitors since our furry children weren’t with us, and the use of a golf cart to get to French Leave beach was a treat (and what an incredible beach it is). My only note would be make sure to put all items in the house at night as we had a water shoe go missing halfway through our trip, which made some of our excursions more difficult. The house has everything you could possibly need to cook, entertain, unwind, and relax! Thank you Joy & Dom for a fabulous vacation!

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

This original but restored cottage had everything and more you will need. The home is clean and beautifully decorated with comfy beds, pillows and linens. Full size washer dryer worked well for us. Beach towels and beach chairs for our daily beach visits. The home also had spices, and cabinet left overs that were not only helpful but made us feel at home, laundry detergent, spices, etc. Our daily visits with the local animals, kitties, roosters and dog was special for the kids. The rear yard was like a fairy garden, filled with beautiful mango trees and little lights at night. This home is on the top of the Gov.Harb. hill with easy walk to grocery, Buccaneers restaurant, the new Squires cafe (which is amazing), church and even the wine store. Walkable to the beach (french leave) although the wind was on the Altantic side this week so we headed to all Caribbean side beaches. We had coffee on the front porch every morning. This home has special touches. We will be back!

Beautiful house with an amazing rooftop lookout of the Atlantic! This house is gorgeous and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Governor’s Harbor! Quick and easy drive to town, the Caribbean and the Atlantic. Joy and Dominic were amazing hosts and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

A cute home on the harbor facing the water. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the bustle of the harbor from the porch in the morning (it wasn't too busy, though, and our kids easily slept through it all). The included golf cart was great and made for easy access to all Spanish Wells and Russell Island had to offer.

Very clean with all the necessities to make for a great stay. Golf cart is a must.

the perfect jump in! We have been to Eleuthera multiple times, and we chose this place for the swimming and snorkeling. The deep water out back and jump in was exactly what we wanted. We saw so much underwater, and loved the proximity to nearby beaches. Additionally, the yoga mats + beach chairs + umbrellas were a great addition to the house. Highly recommend from our family of 5 (kids 8/10/12)

My boyfriend and I have stayed here before and liked sitting on the front porch and checking out the street scene. Walking to the beach is a luxury. Comfortable and nicely appointed. Suggestion for improvement would to put up a couple of towel bars in the bathroom and a hook on the back of the door. I think I suggested the same thing last year. Otherwise, place is great.

This was our first trip to Eleuthera. We wanted to explore central and south Eleuthera with a house away from crowds. Exploring and connecting with the location we travel to is always a priority to us. The Round House was perfect. We only ate out twice, using the kitchen (except oven) to prepare our meals. In the evenings we relaxed inside with all the windows open listening to the Atlantic and always comfortable with the breeze. The beautiful landscape around the house makes it so easy to fall completely into the island experience. We had a fantastic 7 night vacay. Taja and Doon helped make that happen. We enjoyed visiting with locals on the island. The absolute nicest people!

We absolutely loved our stay at Causarina Bay. The sound of and view of the ocean as you go to sleep and wake up is unbeatable. We went with our 3 boys (8, 6 and 3). The beach was so much fun to explore. Our first few days the winds/waves were up, but by the end we had quite calm water for the Atlantic. The beach had nice soft sand right in front of the house, but you could walk to an area with tide pools that were also interesting and beautiful. We took advantage of having a car and also explored other beaches each day. We can say Eleuthera has some of the best beaches in the world (we’re able to compare to Maldives, Tahiti, Bora Bora, St. Lucia, Florida). We highly recommend 4 wheel drive as the road to the house is quite rough. We did get quite a few sand fly bites despite bug spray. The house has a rustic charm that blends in with the environment quite well. It’s not the house for you if looking for a Ritz Carlton experience, but it had everything we needed to have one of our best family vacations ever.

Excellent will definitely rent again the cottage was spacious absolutely no issues.
