The apartment offers good value for the price you pay and is conveniently located near Baga Beach. While the property is slightly old, it is well-maintained, and the linens are clean. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were provided, making our stay very comfortable. The main highlights were the hosts- Mr. Satish and Ms. Susheela, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with basic amenities like shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price we paid, it felt like an absolute steal, worth much more than what we were charged. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

The place is absolutely wonderful to stay, it’s exactly what we wanted, clean, serene and minimalistic. There are beaches nearby like Benaulim and Varca, that can be reached within minutes of drive. Speaking of driving, you can also ask the owner to arrange for a rental bike/car at affordable rates.

The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and very serene, truly inspired by nature’s elements. The only minor issue was the mosquitoes, but we had a heads-up about that and managed fine. A special mention to Rahul, the host—he was really kind and accommodating, making sure we had a great stay. Overall, an incredible place for those who love spacious, aesthetic, and soulful stays in Goa. Highly recommend!

Nimish is a very polite and responsive host, and the place is very conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Panjim peacefully away from the bustling centre but close enough to reach quickly by the ubiquitous rental bikes.

It was a peaceful stay in this beautiful listing. It had everything to do work from home as well. Had all the listing mentioned, this is near to Dabolim Airport and near to beaches like Bogmalo and Hollant. Caretaker was very helpful always checked if need anything.

property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

We had a wonderful stay!!! We were wanting to stay longer but it was booked so we had to move and try somewhere else which is fine!! I would completely recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again one day!!
