We had a lovely stay at the studio whilst our boiler was being fixed at home. It’s a beautiful and very clean place and provided us with a wonderful base. Wendy was very helpful and all communication was very easy. We would happily recommend it to others and use it again. Thank you again Wendy! x

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Sanya was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Communication was great always replied to my text messages and was always willing to help. My dad loved her plants and it made him feel even more at home. The apartment is beautiful and clean and so close to everything.

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

We had an absolutely fantastic two-week stay at Lara's place. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Lara was a wonderful host, always available and responsive to any questions we had. The location is excellent, with plenty of local shops nearby for groceries and essentials. The bus station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. While the underground station is about a 15-minute walk, we found it a pleasant stroll and it was no issue at all. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying at Lara's place. Thank you, Lara, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Angeline was a brilliant host everything was as exactly as she said. There was tea,coffee,milk and sugar there to make our welcome perfect. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is staying in Cambridge.

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience while staying in this house it was so clean and tidy I felt very comfortable The host was friendly and very helpful and cooperative It felt like home In addition the location was very safe So overall I highly recommend it The host contributed very well in making my vacation enjoyable

Our stay at Mark and Dee’s lovely home was wonderful. The location was truly perfect and completely convenient —lots of shops and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the central line. The home was beautiful with modern appliances, a lovely back garden, and enough space for our entire family to have their own bedrooms and baths. Lastly, Mark and Dee were always responsive and ready to help with any questions and or concerns that we may have had during our stay. We will definitely be staying at Mark and Dee’s again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

House was very cosy, perfect for what we needed. Very clean and tidy, made us feel right at home. Josh was a great host, nice and easy to deal with, helpful when asked questions and was very quick to respond every time. Absolutely worth the money, will definitely stay again if we're in the area! Sylvia's place is really nice, it felt very homely and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, we were at Alexandra Palace for most of our weekend and it was only 10 minute walk. The local area has plenty of little shops and food outlets, and the area in general felt like a really nice place to be . The place was as described and had everything you could need, even thing like ground coffee were provided which was much needed! The shower was amazing, with the choice of a regular shower head or a rainfall style shower, which we really loved. Overall if you need a nice place to stay in London we would happily recommend Sylvia's place.

A very nice apartment with some lovely practical touches.Commication with the host was excellent and the advice provided was good. It was located a little out of Cambridge city for walking purposes but local transport was fine. Overall it was a very enjoyable couple of days.

Our stay at this Hampstead flat was exceptional! The layout was perfect for our family of four (my wife, our 24-year-old son, 15-year-old daughter, and myself), offering plenty of space for everyone. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better - easy walking distance to the center of Hampstead with shopping and various restaurants. We loved being able to explore the area on foot. Our host was very attentive, meeting us personally at check-in to show us around the flat and ensure we were comfortable. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and conveniently located stay in Hampstead!

I had very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, clean, and a great location close to the tube with nice restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay in Cambridge. The apartment was very nice and had lots of nice amenities like a patio and fire pit. It had everything we needed to be able to cook and stay comfortably during our conference. Location was great next to the shops and parks but still very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great hosts and such an amazing place, thank you again for hosting us!
