Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits chez Jo. Ce cottage est magnifique et idéal pour une famille avec enfants. lLe logement est très bien équipé et parfaitement propre. Les hôtes sont attentifs à nos demandes et amicaux. Nous avons déjeuné au "Royal Standard" situé juste à côté qui est un pub typique et bon. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et ses hôtes !

Great weekend stay! The house is well equipped, very clean, quiet and just a 10-15 stroll to the centre of Saffron Walden Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at Frances home. It was clean and in a quiet location despite being so close to the city. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out over the 3 floors, and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions/requests.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

Me and my husband have stayed here before around this time last year. Our dog Yogi absolutely loves running around in the garden. The home itself is minimilistic but with all you'd need to enjoy your stay. Me and my husband love just chilling and playing the board games that are in the home. Always so spotlessly clean and smells amazing.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Staying here was brilliant, the hosts are very friendly. The room is modern, spotless and has a nice homey feel. The hot tub is top quality and the pool looks beautiful even though it was too cold for us to use. It’s a fairytale at a great price, the area is gorgeous and a 15 minute train ride away from Cambridge, overall great location!

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Harriet's apartment was well situated and suited my needs in every way including being on the ground floor. She offered everything required for my 8 day stay and reminded me that she was only upstairs if I needed anything. She made my stay in London perfect. I highly recommend Harriet's apartment and would gladly stay there again.

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

This place was perfect - clean, cosy, easy to check in and out. The attention to detail was incredible! The kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking. Everything was very clear. I had a lovely time here and would love to return sometime.

A great stay. Very well equipped and comfortable. The basket of logs and kindling was a thoughtful touch. Light sleepers may prefer the master bedroom, as there is traffic noise/Light from the smaller room.

Keith & Bev were friendly & wonderful host. The bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Love the little touches - sauces, cereal, bread and butter. The Nature Reserve was a short walk away - great for my dogs. Thank you again for hosting me & my furry boys.

Another lovely stay in lovely surrounding. Emily and Mike are lovely hosts They were very kind about the use of their beautiful garden with my dog who loved chasing Milo around the garden. Thank you both again
