The property was magnificent. The bathroom in our suite was inconvenient, located between the bedroom and the living quarters. The hideabed was uncomfortable for sitting. The grounds were beautiful, lots to see and do. would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great vacation KC.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Amenities for every age. Nice and easy walk to a quiet beach. Towels, chairs, coolers and toys for the beach were provided. 2 kayaks and all the safety equipment are there to use as well. The backyard area is awesome as well! There was nothing that this home didn’t have to offer. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

This place was amazing!! The huge patio, sunrise and all of the nature was so beautiful. It was super close to downtown bars and restaurants and a very quick drive to Publix and the beach. The beds were also so comfy! We will definitely be renting again when we come back :)

Quiet location with everything we needed for a fantastic getaway - short drives to multiple beaches. Teenagers loved the darts, bags, comfy couches. Would definitely stay again.

This was truly one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. The houseboat is stunning, beautifully secluded, and came fully equipped with everything we could have asked for — including kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a grill for easy dinners. Within minutes of arriving, we spotted sea otters, and over the course of our stay, we also saw dolphins and had a manatee swim right up to my wife and kids while they were kayaking. It felt like something out of a dream. The location is perfect — just across the street from a beautiful beach where we spent hours in the water and got to watch breathtaking sunrises. Then, in the evenings, we’d relax on the back deck and watch the sunset. Natalie, the host, was absolutely amazing — incredibly thoughtful and responsive, even bringing over a Bluetooth speaker to make our stay even better. We were in town to take our kiddos to see a Space X launch. We were traveling with our kids and 2 dogs. Brandon's place was perfect. The dogs had a blast in the fenced yard. We made smores in the fire pit. Brandon gave us awesome recommendations on where to watch the launch and we took our dogs to the dog beach he suggested in the guide. Brandon's place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a safe neighborhood. He was super friendly and helpful. The AirBNB was even better than the photos. Highly recommend this host. Perfect location- close to things to do and see and places to eat. but even to just stay at Regina's place and just chill - with a choice of two decks one in front and one in back with amazing views of a pool and river with boats. Driving though her block to get to her place seeing all the neighbors outside just hanging out and have a good time- kids playing with their friends, dogs running around having fun- but yet so quiet inside her place- so relaxing, back to the decks so nice to sit outside drinking a bottle of wine in the evening and have breakfast out there in the morning, before starting out your day . and let me tell you there is nothing that Regina did not miss with setting up this airbnb - stocked kitchen with everything thats needed, bathing with the little touches, loved the rain shower head now I know I want one, comfy bed ( same bedding that I have at home) will definitely return when back in the area. glad I also meet the dog

Mark’s place was the perfect getaway. The property and views were stunning and peaceful. We made great use of the pool, relaxed in the Adirondack chairs, and ate lunch at the picnic table. We also used the kayaks for about an hour and saw dolphins. The house is conveniently located walking distance from several restaurants and bars, so always something to do. The room was clean and comfortable. The train noise was noticeable but did not disturb us at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay walk to the beach. Everything we needed was available in the house. Three great restaurants within easy walking distance. Amy had left recommendations for others in the area. Everything provided that we needed for the beach. Amy was proactive, easy to reach and was readily available if needed. We will definitely be back!
