The home is very accommodating to large families. The homeowners ensured there was enough towels, supplies, etc… We’ll thought of.m; recommended.

Our large group had an amazing time at the Waterfront Oasis! There was plenty of space to spread out & have fun. The outdoor space was great for sun, pool, shade, fishing, kayaking, etc….something for everyone! We spent a lot of time around the big kitchen island & family room. The space had everything we needed to have some fun on our visit to Florida! Thank you to our host!!

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

Wow!!! This was such an amazing and relaxing Airbnb. The owners had everything, and I mean everything!, we needed to enjoy our stay! The king size bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft. I ordered a set of the same sheets for our bed at home. The unit was very clean and has lots of natural sunlight. The view was spectacular from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool everyday, which is heated. We used the bikes everyday to go to restaurants and shops, about a 10 minute bike ride away. The fishing pier was nice and shaded, we even watched a SpaceX launch the first night we were there. Very quiet neighborhood, use Google Maps to get there. We will definitely be booking this unit again. Thank you Bill for a wonderful stay!!!

This place was SO SO SO relaxing! From the pool to fishing and easy access to the boat ramp. We loved it for the weekend getaway. AC worked great. Being able to heat the pool to our liking was extra great! Host is so responsive and helpful. We for sure will be back. We didn’t want to leave.

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was actually the second time our family has stayed here. The first time was my wife and daughter, and this time it was all four of us. Wonderful place and located near everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Curtis is an excellent host always responsive and proactive. The studio was adorable, very peaceful and the neighborhood was very comforting. I highly recommend this location if you like privacy and nice time to set and reflect with nature around you . Cool little place . Not fancy but very comfortable. Set up very well for cooking meals & being self sufficient.

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

The home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The deck over canal was not there during our stay because of construction, but we knew that ahead of time and appreciated the communication. Beatriz arranged for us to have a golf cart available, which was a huge convenience for short trips to the beach and pools. We love Nettles Island and plan to return when visiting our grandchildren who live nearby.

We loved our stay manattee cottage. It is characterful, very comfortable, and well equipped. The lakeside setting is idyllic and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking while encountering dolphins and manatees. It is conveniently located for Melbourne downtown and within 15 mins drive of Melbourne beach, and within 30 mins drive of Cocoa beach. This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Top to bottom an amazing experience. Everything was immaculate and completely stocked. Brenda was so pleasing to talk to and very accommodating. We took out the kayaks for a beautiful trip up the river and back. So close to town, yet so far away! We will definitely be back.
