very open to make quick changes as I mess up the application for our stay but james and hannah made room , very good to communicate and understand , since it was only extra kids , they made something work the place was very homely with the fireplace made it extremely warm and comfortable for out childern , happy experience

Tim was an amazing host! He was very responsive and made everything easy for us, especially when I needed to add extra guests last minute due to a leg injury. His understanding and flexibility were truly appreciated during a tough time. The place was exactly as listed — clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the blackboard, which kept them happily entertained. Thank you, Tim, for your thoughtful hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Easy check in and had everything we needed! Stayed here after the Whanganui journey and the night before/after walking the Tongariro Crossing, really appreciated the washing machine, spa, and drying room! Great value place and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars in Ohakune

The house was absolutely spotless. Kitchen flowed through to dining area and lounge and outdoors. Cute house wth lovely outdoor area. Two bathrooms a bonus. Katharine provided quick response to our query. Nice quiet spot.

Home is absolutely beautiful, as soon as you walk in it gives the most homely, Cosy feeling. My Whānau and I enjoyed our stay, we'd definitely recommend staying there again on our next visit

Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Stuart's place is 100% in everyway. A well presented home, has a well equipped kitchen, it could use a fry pan lid. Think maybe the bbq isnt used much, was a bit rusty. This didnt change me wanting to give a five 5 star review. The deep bath is amazing. The view, the privacy, and the quite space, were amazing, it was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It was just what we were looking for. Wonderful host, friendly. Would re book if back his way again.

You know when you walk in to an air BnB and you instantly feel at ease and like you’re going to have the best weekend because of the place you get to sleep is perfect, this is how I felt stepping into Raewyn and Rod’s property. It was clean to absolute perfection, the bathroom was really cool, the beds were great - comfortable as and the granola, as per other reviews was fab! The home made peaches were however my favourite and my dad loved the plum jam! It’s peaceful with a great view and ambient outdoor areas to soak up some sun. In walking distance from a cute coffee spot and the pub was great for food. My dad and I had the best weekend and we couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and highly recommend.

Quiet, secure. Easy access to restaurants and pub; we appreciated the laundromat a short walk away. Nice amenities in the apartment.

A beautiful period property in extensive grounds on the edge of town. We felt completely at home and enjoyed the space and the facilities. We particularly appreciated having a full working kitchen which made catering for ourselves really easy.

We stayed for a full week and used the house as a base to explore Nelson and surrounds, Havelock (where we took a boat into the Sounds and Blenheim / wineries. After a day exploring, and some days when we didn’t leave the house, we lapped up the views and quiet time - card games, reading, cooking, drinking great NZ wine. The sauna and wood fired hot tub was amazing especially when the skies were clear. The views are spectacular! The drive up the hill is as described (terrifying in the wild wind and rain we had!). Make sure you book a 4WD or an all wheel drive as NZ weather is famously unpredictable. Great hosts who thought of all the small touches and were super responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Briar's lovely home. It suited our big extended family with a few little ones. Very spacious and everything we needed was available. Great location close to the city centre. A quiet and private home, perfect for our family of six.

This was our second visit to Atatu and we weren't disappointed. This is a truly beautiful place to stay. The house is fantastic with every facility you could possibly need. A place for total relaxation with pool, spa and space. Beautiful countryside and the sounds of nature on your doorstep. Panoramic views across rolling hills of olive and pine nut trees out to the ocean beyond. If you like to cook then you'll find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of dining space both inside and out. Basia is the ultimate host. Informative, helpful, proactive, doing everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return a third time next year.
