Our second trip back! Just the most relaxing place to be, with fantastic sea views. Andrew is a very polite and helpful host. The place has everything you need. Oven, cooktop, grilled plus Weber bbq accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and lovely comfy bed. The covered deck is the spot to be! So very relaxing. See you on Trip 3! Such a stunning spot. Tea’s place was everything we were hoping for and more. We just loved the vibe of the space for endless rounds of cards and snuggling up at night, listening to the roar of the sea. The perfect spot for connecting with family and faves.

Vey serene little hideaway. Everything was clean and tidy. A unique rustic eco little house many interesting natural gems. The outside tub was the moat impressive feature in the house. Kitchen cookware and appliances very adequate . Carolyn was happy to answers about her cord wood house she built which is right below the Airbnb . Peaceful and quiet. Thank you Carolyn, Nancy

Very neat place, tho at night the room gets a little stuffy, must open the sliding door and let the winds get in before ready to sleep. Overall it’s a very good spot to rest before continuing our journey!

Great place to stay in the heart of National Park. The hot tub was lovely and welcoming after a full day of exploring! The weather wasn’t on our side to do the crossing, but there was plenty of other walks and places to discover and enjoy close by. Recommend the Station cafe less than 10 mins walk for a coffee and brekkie in the morning too.

This stay was a beautiful weekend getaway located not far from Paihia. Amazing treehouse vibes mixed with a romantic calming atmosphere and was cozy even on a rainy evening. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this to anyone after this vibe! - Matt and Jodie :)

Thank you to Silv and Steve for a wonderful getaway! Silv and Steve were very welcoming, kind and responsive. The prepared pizza dough on arrival as well as being invited to explore the wood shop and feed the alpacas was a special touch. The cabin was very clean and tidy. It was beautifully finished with lovely woodwork by Silv and Steve. The wood fired pizza oven and hot tub was an extra touch. The marked walks on the property were fun to explore. The view was lovely. Overall fantastic stay. We will definitely stay if we head back to the area. Would highly recommend it!

Loved stylish studio & indoor-outdoor flow, location & tranquil setting. Lovely bthrm products! Neat coffee machine & pods, albeit, I never took the time to figure out how to use. The only downside; When I was preparing for bed, I noticed small faded stain spots on the bottom sheet which prompted me to inspect the rest of the bedding. Upon lifting the bottom sheet partially to avoid messing up bed & having to make bed up again, I found an unacceptable amount of hairs, indicating that the mattress protector had not been washed and changed. While the sheets initially appeared clean, this raised concerns for me to inspect further. Cleanliness/hygiene/comfort, especially re bedding, is very important to me. I believe that thorough inspections prior to guest arrivals are crucial, particularly if cleaning services are employed. The lovely hosts remade bed the next day. The linen & cotton fibres didn't feel soft against my skin, felt a wee bit scratchy. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Close to Raglan to nip into town but the cabin is a little private world of its own nestled next to huge trees with bush outlook. Cosy, super comfortable and the outdoor bath is amazing. The perfect restful retreat — would visit again for sure!

Wer gerne nah am Meer schlafen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Innerhalb 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Die Hütte bietet alles was man für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das einzige was besser sein könnte ist das Wifi.

Christine’s place is a wee gem. Beautiful part of the country and so cosy and private. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The smell of this Airbnb was incredible. I'm sad because it's Easter and the store the diffuser is from isn't open and I won't be able to purchase it myself. We only had one night at Donna's place so unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the tub but would love to come back for another trip soon. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, hot shower.

Contemporary tiny house with spacious bathroom and great kitchen. Two seater sofa and two bar stools. Great for our one night stay. Location excellent as can walk to store/ bar and the falls. Kayak and raft on your door step.

The cabin was perfect - squeaky clean, had all listed amenities and a very good vibe. You can tell it’s been built with a lot of thought, it’s the first place where the outside seating had a lot of cover from the rain which was perfect for the day. Steven was great, when I asked if there’s any fan available since it was a bit hot he popped by with a fan in less than a minute. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely little cabin in the trees. The outdoor shower was definitely a highlight, and the fully transparent walls of the cabin were beautiful yet still private. Absolutely loved our night in the cabin (wasn't long enough!)

Wow wow wow! What a place! Michelle was incredibly kind and helpful, her place is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. It’s modern, lush, with plenty of light and everything you need. The place feels new and comfortable. There is a quiet river right in the palm tree garden, with kayaks you can use to explore it. Native birds and trees surround the space. The river access is also a minute away from the beach. You can borrow bikes or surfboards, or shovels to dig out the hot springs hidden under the sands! Even though it rained while we were there, it was a highlight for us. Thank you Michelle and James!

Had a wonderful stay in the marvelous cabin with seaview and walking distance to the beach. The interiour is absolutely stunning, besser are comfortable and the fully staffed kitchen , including sharp (!) knives and a fantastic coffee machine an absolute bonus! In total: we loved it!
