2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a full-size couch & a dining table that seats 4. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is a full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond.
