Thomasina let us know we could check in earlier, which was great. She and her husband were very friendly and answered all our questions about the area. Beautiful spot, would stay again when in Phoenix.

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

Second time here and will stay again if available. Yes it's an attached unit, but the privacy is great. Very comfortable with everything you'd need for an extended stay (big bed, kitchen, W/D, huge bathroom, etc). Can't recommend this one enough.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well appointed with every amenity we needed. House was very well maintained. It felt like we were in a resort all to ourselves. We used everything - the fire pit, pool, grill, hot tub, and outdoor tv. All appliances are top notch and new. We appreciated that all three tvs had our streaming apps pre-loaded. Hosts were extremely friendly and met us the first day to explain the property so we would be ready to enjoy. They welcomed us and then respected our privacy. The couple questions we had were answered promptly. Property is close to good restaurants and bars. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet and peaceful. Great spot to head out to all that the Phoenix area has to offer. We travel to Scottsdale often and always get an Airbnb; we were extremely glad that we found this property for this trip. This was the best Airbnb we ever rented and we would love to return in the future. We highly recommend.

The Casita was exactly as described. It was super clean, cozy, and has great access to many events being so close to a couple of the main valley freeways. I am originally from the area, and visit often; I will look for the Jesse's place when I visit again!

Amazing hosts with a beautiful home. Highly recommend staying with Jolene and Joel if you are planning a trip to the Avondale area! They were helpful and kind.

This was the perfect location to stay while we attended Spring Training baseball games for the first time. Debbie’s place had everything we needed, was extremely comfortable and private and was close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and hanging out on the patio. Debbie was a terrific host and we appreciated her great communication. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again!

This was a great spot. Perfect studio - well arranged and clean. We used public transportation and it was simple to get to Tempe and ASU and Phoenix. Aaron is a great host and responsive! We lived the little park at the end of the street, too!

A very convenient location, close to everything. Truly enjoyed the host and his fiancé. Lovely accommodations and really enjoy the comfortable bed and the Jacuzzi.

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

My stay was great peaceful & well needed & the location match the pictures in the ad well. My only concern was that their wasn’t any water or any snacks there for guest & every time I booked a stay there was always snacks & water but overall the guest was very understanding of my early check in & very responsive. Would stay here again if needed

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s beautiful home. The check-in process was seamless—Alessandro’s instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. Inside the house, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. Some standout features included the luxurious rainfall shower, a very comfortable bed, the abundance of natural light through the windows, and the many indoor plants that added a calming, vibrant touch. The exterior of the home, however, was our absolute favorite. We spent relaxing moments by the pool and enjoyed breakfast by the serene front pond. As a plant lover myself, I was in awe of the lush spring blooms and the surrounding greenery. The variety of bird life added to the peaceful ambiance—it was such a joy to sit on the patio and listen to the chorus of birds each day. This home is truly a tranquil oasis—for both Airbnb guests and the local wildlife. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others!

An incredible place to stay! Was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Jessica always responded immediately to my questions. There was a short power outage during my stay and when I reached out to Jessica, she immediately responded about there being a power outage in the area. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. I felt very safe there. Thank you Jessica!

This place never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and would definitely return. The casita offers many extras including a welcome basket filled with snacks and waters. There are condiments, cooking/storage supplies, shampoo/conditioner and lots of other thoughtful toiletries. The king size bed is very comfortable. The location is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs just steps from the door. We would highly recommend!

Our hosts and the property were excellent! Peaceful stay at a beautiful property that is well-kept and perfect like the ratings have all suggested. We look forward to a visit here again when we are in the Phoenix area.

Lynn's place was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and safe. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks on a business trip. I love the small details like the white noise speaker, and the tea and coffe. Lynn was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay at her place again, if we go back to Tempe.

Great stay, location and setup is nice. We were in town for a work project and this was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings before hitting it again the next day. Already booked for two more weeks soon!
