Very comfortable place to stay. Listed pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. Neighbor was great not to much noise. House is located in a great location lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach was not far just get there early for good parking, it fills up early. We really appreciate that they had beach chairs and umbrella in garage for our use. It was a great place for my family of 7 adults. We made some great memories and all enjoyed the stay at Imperial Gardens.

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

We had a great trip and the property was exactly as described. The property was clean and well stocked and the pool was fantastic. Nataliya was available to ask questions and give us guidance and provide. The area was perfectly located with a short drive to the beach, close to stores and a great neighbourhood to walk around in. Nice location with shared pool (3 total units in the home). It was nice that a wagon, beach towels, and chairs were provided..

Serene location on the Imperial River but close to beaches and restaurants. For families- nice, safe community within bike ride or very short drive to nice playground/ball field of Bonita Springs. Kitchen is well stocked and fun to use the kayak on the river! Have everything you need for the beach as well. Wonderful place and efficient and responsive management! It’d be amazing to be able to come back!

We felt right at home in this rental. The kids loved the pool, the outdoor space was comfortable and quiet. Easy drive to anything you need and John was super responsive.

This was one of the nicest Air BnB properties that I have ever stayed at. Everything was renovated and brand new and the spaces were wonderfully decorated. Sparkling clean throughout and tons of outdoor space to relax in by the pool and the canal. Kitchen had everything you would need and the host even left us a continental breakfast and waters in the fridge. The beach is a mile away, along with bayside and restaurants. A++++++

We didn’t want to leave! Such a great house and location. It had everything we needed, including all kitchen ware. It was so nice being able to go up to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s close by to cook at the house. The pool and screened in porch were so lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

The attention to detail in the design and decor made it a joy to spend time there. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Mona was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even sent us a heads-up (and picture) about an alligator who was in the area to make sure our fur-babies were safe. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a stunning property with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!

The place itself was so beautiful and the outdoor space leading right to the lake was so peaceful! I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings for a quiet, relaxing start to the day! Robin was very friendly and provided helpful instructions. Definitely recommend 😊
