Very comfortable place to stay. Listed pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. Neighbor was great not to much noise. House is located in a great location lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach was not far just get there early for good parking, it fills up early. We really appreciate that they had beach chairs and umbrella in garage for our use. It was a great place for my family of 7 adults. We made some great memories and all enjoyed the stay at Imperial Gardens.

Wonderful stay, very clean and picturesque backyard as advertised. 10 minute ride to the beach. Walmart in walking distance was super convenient. Circle k also nearby was convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful. Beach supplies were provided in the house which was helpful. Extensive amenities super awesome. Host responds quickly and is very nice. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's house. The house was very clean and there were several things for us to use at the beach, which was great! The neighborhood was a little loud at night but nothing too crazy. There is another small property in the back that has a tenant just FYI! but they have a separate bathroom so only the driveway is shared. Gabriel was also very responsive if we were missing anything in the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s home. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was great - close to stores, attractions, pickleball and good restaurants. Beaches were close by as well. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Naples.

We have had a wonderful stay. The place was great for a family, loads of space and the pool was amazing and nice and warm. The beds were all comfy, there was a stain on one of the sheets but overall the place was clean and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. The hosts are excellent communicators and very accommodating. They have taken care of the place and are eager to please their guests. The home was comfortable for our group of five and met all of our needs. I’m sure we will stay here again next year.

Steve’s place was wonderful. We throughly loved his home! The pool and patio faced the best direction for awesome daylight sun! The house was stocked full of fresh towels, beach towels, beach gear, and more. Very happy with all the appliances and cookware. The kitchen was so wonderful to make meals in. The house had comfortable beds, couches, outdoor furniture and it was so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was nice. The neighborhood felt safe, well-kept, and we were able to take our evening walks which was so nice. Only draw back that I can really comment on was spotty internet connectivity. We would happily stay again and again. Thanks Steve and Jackie!!!

We have stayed at this location a few times and love the location. We love to walk and it is a perfect distance from the beach, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

Pam is a wonderful host and her place is perfectly situated on the bay and a very short walk over to the Gulf. And a short walk to Doc's and Coconut Jacks. Plus, her unit came with access to chairs, paddleboards, beach games, and the grilling space was fantastic on the back patio.

Everything about our stay was as expected or better. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in a while, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Maja’s apartment. We hope to be back in the future!

We had so much at this cute little place! Our kids got to see lizards on the property and we loved having our mornings out on the screened in porch! The location is close to shops and grocery stores as well as the beach and local activities. It was very clean and well kept with the absolutely gorgeous views of palm trees and tropical flowers! A great place at a great value! The host was super kind and responsive to all my messages and we look forward to booking with Carla again on the future!

We had not been to the area since 2018. Sad to see the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, but they’re making progress all along the beach. Traffic on the South end of the island was much lighter than previous stay just North of Lover’s Key. Our stay on the top floor was very nice & we’d definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the pool & found the people in the building to be friendly. Really liked the access to very clean gas grills near the pool area. Our unit was clean & had all we needed during our stay including a beautiful view from the balcony. Great place to relax.

Our stay was short but sweet! We were there for a soccer tournament and the location was close to the parks and some of our favorite places to eat like Seed to Table. Lowdermilk beach is pretty close to Josh’s place as is lots of stores like Whole Foods, Publix, and Trader Joe’s. The location is fantastic! We felt right at home with the furnishings and kitchen supplies. The place was very clean and I loved that the linens did NOT smell strong of dryer sheets. They smelled laundered and clean but not over powering like most Airbnb’s do. The surrounding area is quiet and beautifully landscaped in the back walking paths. Just a side note, I knew we weren’t going to have time to enjoy the resort amenities, so we did not “check in” at the front desk. Therefore, we didn’t pay the resort fee. The restaurant on the property looked very good and we attempted to eat there one evening but the wait was over an hour since we didn’t have reservations so considered getting a reservation.

Jayme was incredibly responsive and the place was immaculate. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach! 5 stars all the way!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Mike. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es war alles sehr sauber. Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Gewürze, Kaffee, Wasser waren vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen. Mike hat uns Fischfutter hingestellt, damit wir die Enten und Schildkröten füttern konnten. Der Ausblick auf den kleinen See war toll. Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike war sehr gut. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder in Florida sind, kommen wir wieder!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this property. It’s awesome! Clean, quiet and centrally located between. Ft. Myers & Naples. Will be back again.

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute drive to the beach, making it super convenient for beach days. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway close to the ocean!
