We absolutely loved our relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It was our first time visiting Tempe. The location was great for my husband and I for walking to burn off the calories of all the food and drinking we did, with a very short walk to the river where we watched the sun set each evening. The pool was relaxing and peaceful (no screaming children or families taking over the pool). The only thing I would change is that when we checked in (they allowed early check-in, which was amazing) we couldn't figure out how to get the fob to open the door. It was user error. The directions were clear with pictures of each step along the way. Tiko had a friend meet us to show us how to use the fob, and we did not have to wait at all. Tiko was extremely responsive to anything we needed, from booking to checking out. I highly recommend this rental - it was very clean, with a great agent, and a perfect location with beautiful places to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. We would rent this unit again!

Our stay at Dana’s Airbnb was truly lovely, it felt luxurious, peaceful and fun. The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere of the home made it easy to relax, and the attention to detail was so appreciated—from the quality kitchenware to the luxurious shampoo and shower gel provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and games. The hot tub was great! I loved that makeup towel that was a nice touch, and extra rags and towels were also there much appreciated with kids. Dana was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. My kids had such a great time—they didn’t want to leave and are already asking when we can come back! Overall, it was a TOP-TIER experience. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Definitely booking here again when we visit again! Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

I Had An Amazing Experience Here At AVE. The Staff Was Great And Helpful. They Extended My Check-Out Time Due To My Flight Delay. Allowed Me To Stay Over With No Issues. The Place Was So Spacious And Pictures Did No Justice. Just Book And Enjoy. The View Was Amazing, Day Or Night. Saving This In My Favorites Because I Will Be Back. Thank You. ☺️

My partner and I stayed here during two separate week-long trips to Arizona. Since the trips were so long, we wanted a place that would feel like a home and we found it with Tree House! The apartment is beautiful, clean, peaceful and has everything you need for normal daily life. On both trips, it was super easy to arrive, unpack, and then go about work/school and everything we needed to do. Really happy we found this place!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean, spacious as pictured. We especially enjoyed cooking our meals and then relaxing in the backyard. It was so nice to have a fenced yard for our dogs to wander and stay safe. Beautiful flowers, trees, lovely song birds. This was the perfect location for us and Jayme was a friendly and responsive host. A wonderful place!

This is a pet friendly place but is very clean and you could not tell any pets had been inside. Suzette responded to messages immediately- and gave us clear directions. It was nice to have access to the garage, but we couldn't quite fit our full-size pickup inside. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, we had a nice relaxing stay. Thanks!

I cannot give enough Stars to say how satisfied we were with our stay! Amanda was extremely responsive, so accommodating, and really went over and beyond what we even expected from a Superhost! This property is pristine and so tastefully decorated. And the amenities are so fun! The house looks exactly like the photos. Unfortunately, there was street construction right outside the house on the morning we were there. This is a good location for access to government buildings, downtown, and airport.

Very welcoming home! Loved the kitchen space and cooked a few nice meals with friends and family! Pool was utilized to the max. Thanks again to Brian for opening his home for our short stay.

Clean space, only 1 bathroom for 5 people was rough but we knew that going in. Didn’t spend too much time there

We enjoyed our stay at Jared and Elizabeth’s home. It was quiet, comfortable, and the location was great! There are a lot of restaurants and amenities nearby. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the proximity to a number of walking trails. The home had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation!

I had a wonderful visit staying here! The apartment is very charming and decorated very nice in a comfortable retro style. It really had everything I needed in terms of kitchen tools, plenty of towels, nice sheets. Sitting on the little patio in the nice weather was enjoyable. The location is great nearby lots of shops and restaurants, and walking distance from coffee and a big grocery store. The complex is nice with a big pool, and I used the on-site fitness center once - it's basic but the free weights are nice to have. 5 stars, would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Casey was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The view from our room turned out to be better than the pictures and the location was great. The resort and staff were also great. Perfect for spending days by the pool with many restaurant options nearby. Overall we had a great stay and will try to book again next time we’re in Phoenix!

It’s in the heart of a great neighborhood in Mesa, almost a block away of very interesting places!

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!
