Very nice place. Super-clean and comfortable.

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

We loved Leslie's place and would book here again in a heartbeat - especially in beach season (we were there mid-April). We opted for Leslie's because of its great location over a much larger home with more amenities in the same price range - we were not disappointed! We have two teenage boys and we felt comfortable letting them explore the neighborhood on their own while we squeezed in a few hours of work. Walk or bike to beach, park, basketball courts, restaurants/bars, laundry and more. Encountered many friendly neighbors on our walks. Average 15 min drive to explore lots in West Haven/New Haven. The deck is almost as large as the house with a grill and great furniture. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog - even she felt right at home immediately! The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved having my coffee/beer/ cocktail on the deck in view of Long Island Sound with my dog sunning herself by my feet! I highly recommend for couples or families of all ages!

Petra’s house is in the most beautiful spot on a small lake and a stones throw from the beach. This was our second year there and we hope to be back. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable including great bath products, kitchen, equipment, and toys and books. I never felt uncomfortable in her house. This was a wonderful family week in heaven.

It is a charming place back into the water. Love listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset and the noght light on the other side of the water.

We had nice weekend at the cozy cottage. We loved that it was pet friendly and a short walk to the beach. Cameron was very friendly and responsive. She offered great suggestions for food and activities.

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We visited the area for a family gathering, and this was a perfect place for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and the sitting rooms had plenty of space for all of us (6 adults). A few in our group needed to work remotely and found the basement ideal for meetings. We didn't use the pool (too early in the year, and the weather was cold and rainy anyway). But the jacuzzi was a hit! Vanessa was great to work with and very responsive to questions.

We had such a great time staying at this Milford house! It was even better in person than the pictures show, more spacious than expected. The balconies overlooking the water were great to wake up to, and the small touches that the host added (towels set up and stacked in each bedroom, full coffee bar) made everything that much better! Allana was incredibly kind and responsive, being proactive about check in and check out and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be repeat stayers at this house!

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

We continue to visit Rose’s house for our yearly weekend girls getaway. It’s the perfect cozy beautiful place to catch up with friends and relax. Rose is an amazing host!

We loved this vacation, Peconic is the perfect place to spend 2 peaceful weeks by the Sound. The cabins are comfortable and the kitchen has great cookware and sharp knives. There are ticks here, check yourself regularly.

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

Brandon's place was dreamy for our two families with young kiddos -- cozy and quiet winter beach vibes, very atmospheric and peaceful and relaxing. We built a fire in the fireplace, watched movies, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and walked along the rocky shore. Would recommend, even in the dead of winter.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is well located; we were able to drive back & forth to New London, Mystic, & several other towns. We did so many things on this trip: saw a movie, saw a play, went to Ocean Beach twice, Mystic Seaport, & the Yale Peabody museum. My only complaint is that we should have stayed "home" more & enjoyed our own beach more often! We took walks every day and watched for the tide to reveal the sand bar & walked out there whenever we could, which was so cool! The sound of the water changed when the sandbar was revealed. We found lots of cool shells. We really appreciated the chairs & umbrella in the well stocked shed. We did a little grocery shopping and made egg sandwiches so we only ate out once a day which saved money. I ate my sandwiches outside day & night, something I never do at home. The house was completely stocked with everything needed plus some! The only negative was not enough curtains which made it too bright to sleep & not enough privacy.

We had such a great time at this beach house! The place was super clean, and everything was easy to find. The directions were clear, and the host was awesome—gave us great ideas for things to do in the area. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Jasons house was a perfect, comfortable stay for our group attending a wedding. It is a block from the water and gives you access to the private beach. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the space was clean.

We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.
