We had a great experience! Lori was very accommodating and helpful. The home was in a great location and provided everything we needed. I would like to return and stay there again.

This place is a gem. It is has four separate rooms in the shop. It is a fantastic place to unwind and hang out. The bedroom has a queen and king bedroom with the option of two other very comfortable pull out bed in separate spaces. The kitchen and bathroom are right as you walk in and on the first floor. Such a perfect get away and lovely space. Steve was so helpful and the space was adorable with all the antiques and farm gems!

The house was great for my family & friends for the weekend. The ample amount of space, beds, & amenities was perfect & the cost extremely reasonable!! Staying in a hotel is cool, but paying the same or less for a fully furnished house with personal accommodations & personal care is where it's at. Brad was early in his entry instructions & gave us the complete rundown thru the app, messaging, & the welcome book in the house. Everything was extremely clean & my kids felt right at home from the time we got there until the moment we headed back home. You'll love staying here!

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting our daughter at college.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

Deb’s place was perfect for our 5 day stay. We needed a place to stay on short notice as our other plans fell through and Deb immediately made sure the place was ready and got us in. Very nice space and walking distance to Dordt University.
